Cleanliness needs to be taken more seriously. In addition, the service was slow — I requested an iron and it took over 40 minutes to arrive

Great location in central Aqaba near numerous restaurants. Walking distance to the Red Sea Ocean front. Excellent breakfast buffet. I had an Executive Suite, which was very spacious. The furniture is a bit dated but very functional.

The bed sheet and comforter was very smelly, I didn’t able to sleep well because of the smell .

Well managed hotel, everything works as expected. Breakfast was nice with very good omelettes. Room if large and comfortable.

Policy against outside food and drink seems excessive especially considering all rooms have a refrigerator. Bathroom towels and toiletries could be a bit nicer.

We visited this place with our family, and it was a great location. It was very close to all the shops, restaurants, and cafes. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were also very helpful.The breakfast was great and varied. The rooms were wide, clean, and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lacosta Hotel. The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The breakfast was also great with a good variety. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for the price.

Honestly, everything was great. Nothing negative to mention.

Nice location walking distance to beach restaurants and pier

The room and balcony were nice. Breakfast was a Buffett with a lot of options.

The location is perfect-centrally located within a walking distance to all main attractions,restaurants and cafes.The room was very clean , smelled wonderful and nice furniture. The staff at the Reception were very welcoming , also at the Dinning room were very kind and the service outstanding.All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would only stay here again in any future trip to Aqaba.

Lacosta is in the perfect location and is such a great hotel to stay at, we love that we can walk to so many great restaurant.The staff are very kind and are always offering to help. The rooms are usually very comfortable and clean.

Normally everything is great but this time our bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and it made our room smell funny too.

Room was spacoius , clean and excllent quality of bed, linens and the bathroom was excellent, toiletters are provided and refilled frequently , we asked for more toothpaste and they provided, overall it exceded my expectations , also the staff are very professional and polite

They had great pillows. They upgraded our rooms free of charge without even asking. The housekeeper was excellent and the front desk was also friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was ok. It would be nice to have a washcloth available in the bathroom. Instead of free slippers, hair conditioner might be nice. Instructions on how to use the tv remotes might be nice. Also, we were only able to use one electrical outlet for all of our needs.

The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower glasses and walls were very dirty and uncleaned on check in. I had to go downstairs and lodge a complaint for them to send a cleaner. The towels and bed linen , whether it was ironed or not, were shrinked and seemed as if they were used and not changed. I did not like the look of them.

Our front desk manager, Sand, was attentive to our customers with a highly professional service attitude and resolved the misunderstandings we had with the order.The rooms were excellent, clean and new at a 5-star level, highly recommended

Hotel is located in the heart of Aqaba city. There are many Cafe and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and cozy with all amenities and facilities for the comfortable stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. I'm totally satisfied. On the ground floor is very cozy French-style Cafe.Recommended.

Check in at the hotel was excellent! The room was clean and offered a decent view. The hotel is located near the beach, restaurants and shopping.
