Location. Room view

Bathroom was not cleaned properly even after room service. Furniture is old and they could have added more furniture. Room atmosphere was not comfortable. When I booked online they mentioned that breakfast was included but in fact it was not.

Close and convenient to shopping and food

Shower did not work water seemed to turn off after approximately 2-3 minutes of taking a shower

Bad booking management

We booked a sea view room and pay for it. Instead, we get a room with city view and partial sea view. We tried to change the room twice with no luck.We requested room service around 5 or 6 pm to clean something urgent and they informed us that room service only work during day

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Rude and unprofessional receptionist, only Rozana. However the male receptionist was nice and professional.The breakfast did not have a variety of options and the quality was not good enough.The receptionist told us the room had a sea view and it was a city view.Our check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm but they kept delaying until 3 pm and when I asked Rozana, the receptionist, she was rude about it, told me just wait and this is not my issue.

The staff were truly friendly and they allowed me to have early check in and late check out without any additional cost.The room was very comfortable and spacious, the sea view was amazing.

The perfect location for everywhere in Aqaba. Such a beautiful place, everything you'd need in a Hotel, a pool, a restaurant and room service, TV and excellent bathroom. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The staff are so kind and willing to always give more than you ask for. They're polite and always ask if you need anything, they'd change the room everyday if you'd want and supply new toiletries each day.Big bed, good view, clean and not surrounded by tourists.

Good breakfast, the first day. The variety of food remains pretty much the same throughout our week stay. But still excellent :)

Great spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff, excellent water pressure.Pool was big and clean.

While water pressure was amazing, water temperature was not, it was barely lukewarm when turned to max.One evening we missed a room, and accidentally swiped keycard to room next to ours - to our surprise, it unlocked it. Afterwards we tried 1 more room, and we were able to open it too... So, we either got a master key, or something's fishy :)While hotel was full, breakfast choices were plentiful, once guest count reduced, so did the number of available dishes.

Location, cleanliness, was real value for money.

Some addition to the breakfast, or different eggs other than boiled ones would ne nice

The room was unfortunately not cleaned well upon check in, there was hair and dirt from others everywhere on the floor, the bedsheets had stains and multiple other hair and the mattress had bloody spots. The bathroom wall around the toilet was dirty, at the closest and the door were missing some parts. Curtains probably have never been cleaned.Housekeeping entered my room, even though I asked them not to (there was no sign or so available to hang at the door).I've stayed there a couple of days and none of the employees (except the security guard) ever greeted me, not even upon check in and check out, this includes the waiters for breakfast.The breakfast itself was carelessly prepared, some of the items had gone bad already and they only changed it when guests informed them about it, some cups and plates were dirty, as well as the tablecloths.

We loved that this hotel was so central to everything. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As they are a hotel- perhaps some variety for breakfast would have been nice. It was the same thing daily

1.The food type is almost the same day after day ( it includes the remaining yesterday’s food )2.The cup’s smell was bad and not clean fair enough 3.The pool wasn’t cleaned frequently 4.Pool Bathroom needs to be more cleaned than it’s 5.There is no parking there , you need to park your car beside the hotel ( at the street )6.Fridge is too bad in freezing and refrigerating

The room was available for short term notice.The room was clean and neat.The location of the hotel is convenient and nearby facilities.Staff was friendly enough to store my suitcases behind the reception.

The lights in the room could not be switched off, but only by removing the key from the activator.The breakfast was of a poor selection.No live kitchen was available to take any request for breakfast.

I like the Loofah thing because its not often seen in a hotel. I like the pillows, they are so fluffy and comfortable. Staff are very welcoming, Specially the kitchen staff, very accomodating.

Bathroom are not so clean.

The only great things here are the location, the reception bird and the reception staff.

Outdated facilities. 1.Central Heating System which makes all rooms to be at a consistent temperature within all floors. There is no way to adjust the AC. Its 30C all over during our stay in which we needed to open the windows at night to cool down our room.2. Bathroom should have at least a shower curtain. The bathroom floor is all wet when taking a shower.3. Common toilets are not properly maintained. Toiletries are not available.

roof bar andd pool all were closed breakfast was horrendous and looks like they refrigerate what’s not eaten annd re use , including pasta tomatoes hard boiled eggs

This place is a good value close to water but dirt unkempt food iss subpar annd breakfast only pool closed view will disappear as a new hotel iss being built in front of it

Very good Hotel in Aqaba, Easy Access to other stores and shop. Very Clean Room and Super Comfortable to stay.
