Mass Paradise Hotel

my stay at this hotel in aqaba exceeded my expecttions in every way. The place is exceptionally clean, elegant, and truly gives you the feeling of a five-star experience. The reception staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment you arrive.the location is perfect: very close to all esssential services and the beach, yet the atmosphere remains quiet and relaxing, offering a true sense of comfort and escape. Honestly, my experience was outstanding and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting aqaba.

Everything, of all the places I stayed in Jordan this one was the best. Rooms were clean and big, Swimming pool on the roof was good, staff was extremely friendly and also the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. I definitely recommend this place.

The traditional breakfast was delicious, enhanced by traditional music and stunning views from the rooftop terrace.The hotel features a spacious pool that's perfect for families to enjoy together, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location in the heart of Aqaba is ideal for exploring the area.I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Really close to the beach and dive center. Nice rooftop with a swimming pool. Nice restaurants walking distance 15 minutes.

The lobby area smells like cigar, there were some people smoking on the elevators and on the corridors. The towels even clean had long hairs when I claimed they told me that its impossible from the laundry to take them out. The bathrooms are really small, like no two people can fit in it, when you take a shower everything gets wet, there is no place to hang the wet towel for more than two people, the room is also a little bit small, too noisy. The swimming pool was full of chemicals.

Hotel confirmed early check-in at 12noon however upon reaching room wasn’t ready at 2pm normal check in time. Suddenly after 2 PM they told me that your room is ready once I checked room. It was in bad condition and we need to call again to clean it up and change the dirty bedsheets & cushion cover and provide towels. After four reminders they give me remote control for the air condition that too with dead batteries and we have to struggle to to adjust the temperature inside the room. We found big spider roaming around the room ceiling and and dead insects inside the room. Hotel says parking is free however during evening & night parking was fully occupied and they are not helping to find the parking around hotel and we have to find by ourselves.

The pool is small, and the floor beside the pool is slipping ,I falled beside the pool and nearly broke my finger , the elevator is slow, the breakfast not reach at all

The rooftop pool is very nice, especially at sunset. Very chilled athmosphere up there with nice music.

We booked a room (111) with a double bed but got a room with two single beds pushed together. This was pretty uncomfortable as a couple as the beds and mattresses moved all the time.The bathroom was tiny, not enough hot water, the sink was leaking and the shower drain was blocked. We are both non smokers but from the air circulation we always got smell of smoke into our room.The view was pretty messy, we looked onto a pile of rubbish next to the hotel. Looks like they have done some recent renovations but apart from removing the rubbish everything was just thrown behind the hotel. Not so nice, we kept our curtains closed all the time.I forgot some items in my room (for sure my mistake) but as we stayed another 6 days in Jordan I agreed with the hotel that they will send them to Ammann. Never happened and they stopped communication.

Very good location, close to the bus station and city center. People working at the hotel are very kind and are always ready to help you with anything you need. Mohamed i think it’s his name and I believe he is the owner or manager, his level of kindness and hospitality are really special, I’m beyond grateful.The breakfast had plenty of food and very good and plenty of options.Thank you once again for the kindness and hospitality.

Good place, very clean and nice room, it's good value for money. I would only recommend the staff to clean around the pool because of birds poo. Otherwise it's cool

Nice rooftop pool and very friendly staff. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room everyday. It only got cleaned when we saw them and asked them to clean it. So we only got one clean towel over a week's stay.

The standard of the usual Eastern hotels. It was a holiday when we were there. The hotel was full, there were some minor disturbances, but the staff were helpful. Because of the crowd, there was a huge noise disturbance in the hotel and on the street, even at 2 am. The windows are not soundproof...

The pool area ambience is very pleasant and beautiful.

The rooms are very small.Toilet and bathroom were not clean.

The breakfast was ok. There is enough to get you full. The location is a little away from the action. The rooftop pool area was fantastic with a good view of the sea and a great spot for the sunset.

The bathroom was a little stinky. For the breakfast, an omelette station, hummus and falafel would have changed the breakfast from ok to good/great. It would be nice if the pool stayed open later.

Location was good. Close to various restaurants and dive centres.

The bathroom layout is tiny. Shower has no curtain so water goes all over the bathroom floor which wouldn’t be an issue if I had a bath mat which I obviously wasn’t provided with. My shower and the bathroom sink also had two large dead cockroaches in it which wasn’t the nicest intro to the hotel. At the breakfast buffet I asked for salt and apparently the entire hotel didn’t have salt available.
