Everything was good, the location, the stuff, the cleanliness

The service was top notch. Management did everything possible to accommodate us. It’s located right in the middle of town and super convenient.

Other guests are noisy and inconsiderate, but the property can’t do anything about that.

No towels, tv not working, floor is not covered, furniture is very old and consumed, although they refreshed some,

The side of the bed was velcro and full of hair and dirt, it was disgusting

Staff was trying to pressure us into buying a beach access or a boat. Literally every time he saw us he tried to sell us something. They had us walk to another location for breakfast. It was not served in house.

The breakfast was wonderful and Beach and all entertainment facilities were very near to it (walking distance).

The Parking is difficult to occupy near Hotel.

The location is very good! Super close to the bus station, but also walking distance to most attraction and loads of restaurants (I recommend Mansaf Nashmi, 5 min away, to eat Mansaf).The staff is helpful (ask for food recommendations!) and can arrange trips to the beach for you (that was a bit pricey).Room are spacious, clean and comfortable.I recommend the place.

The recommended place to snorkel (at a resort outside the city) was okay, but not incredible. I had much better in the past. Might be worth booking a proper snorkeling trip instead of going to the resort.

Great value stay, near the beach and other amenities in Aqaba. Breakfast was good too. Great vibrant city life around the hotel

If you are driving to the hotel it is very difficult to park close by, especially if you are returning to the city in the evening

We were there for one day only , and enjoyed staying at the hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable

The breakfast was not very good and needs improvement asap. The room was ok but the window was basically on a wall with no view when it was written in our registration that we had a view. No good beach near by. But very nice food around.

The room was quite clean and the location was great.

The shower. Some monstrosity hanging from the ceiling flooding water everywhere over the bathroom. Coffee machine didn't work at breakfast. Loud people on corridor in the middle of the night. The pillow was made of ancient straw from Bethlehem. Window view onto concrete wall. No mattress protector on bed and could feel plastic mattress labels through the sheet. But mostly the ungodly excuse for a shower.

The rooms was large, the balcony was a really nice plus. Wifi was decent, beds & linens ok. Location was just the other side of the tourist zone, but still very central.

The breakfast was really not good and was in the next building. The hotel rooms need updating. Parking is not on sight but a block away (which is not really problematic as the hotel staff directed us to the lot).We really felt the hotel was overpriced.

It was a very welcoming staff and helpful service. Breakfast was good, except people were not well organized using their hands in picking up things instead of clips.

Pretty basic, unappealing breakfast, served in Dweik 3 hotel (very close though, so absolutely no problem).

I recommend the hotel. The price is reasonable, the hotel is clean and beautiful, and the location is close to restaurants, cafes and markets, within walking distance.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The quality of service was top-notch, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. I can't say enough about the delicious dinner I had at the hotel's restaurant; the food was exquisite. Furthermore, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the local attractions. I'll definitely be returning in the future
