Nice stay , services was nice Stayed last year and the hotel now renovated and become great and comfy Balcony is nice and sunny

The staff is friendly and the location is central, close to the beach, many shops and restaurants.

Dirty rooms ( there was chewing gum on our bed), smelly bathroom and overall not very comfortable. We booked a deluxe room with seaview, but all we could see from our second floor room was the hotel on the other side of the street. The price is way too high for what is offered.

It was near the beach and it did have a view, but that was all.

Almost everything - the balcony was awful, the door to the balcony was not working properly, so we was not able to close it, the bathroom was old and dirty but the worst was the cleanliness or the lack of it. The carpets, towers and the bedroom blankets were dirty and torn. I would not recommend the stay.

Location was good, bathroom was acceptable, AC is wonderful.

Not clean enough, noise from carriodor was unacceptable, no windows for Standard Room.

Hotel is at a good location.

The cleanliness in the room and bathroom and clogged shower there. I really would not use a "sea view" as a advantage of this room.

Location central ,, view , great value

The room was not clean, we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and soap as there were none in the room. We woke up with ants all over our food that we had left on the shelf. We asked to change room and ended up with another approximative my clean room. But there the shower was clogged. Experience was very bad.

This hotel is in the city centre, so it is very close to shops, the sea and a great point to start your trip in Jordan (as we were arriving by plane in Akaba). The hotel did not cost much, but has great wifi, a good location and nice staff.

I did not like the pillow since it was to flat, and the shower was only working when the showerhead was put in the holding thing. You could not put it higher because then you would not get water. So it was kind of showering like an acrobat, but hey, that makes you awake in the morning. At first we could not find the hotel, but just park your car in a parking spot and walk to where google maps directs you and you will find it.

Helpful staff but nothing else.

Rooms worse than what they look like on the site. They gave our room away the first night although they were notified we would arrive late. Dirty hotel and rooms, no way a 3 star, more like a 1 star. Stay clear.

The staff at the front desk were all excellent. They advised me on things to do and also showed me flights to europe for cheap. That was above and beyond to me. Anything I needed, they were willing to help. The location was actually nice also. You can see the ocean from the hotel, and it is on the main road. You can walk to every place you need.

The room seemed a bit dated, but I think that is to be expected from the price. Since it is on my main street, it can get a bit noisy, especially at night.

Great view from our balcony. We could watch all of the activity on the street below. We could also see the lights of Eilat across the water. The sunsets were spectacular. You must be above the 3rd floor to have a truly fabulous view. Lower floors are noisy and look mostly at buildings, not at the water.

Terrible customer service. After checking in I waited for several hours for them to bring me towels, when I checked with the front desk, I was told they had no towels. I was upset and complained and eventually they did bring me two towels. Those were the only towels provided during our 4 night stay. When we changed rooms we discovered that they had put the sheets on the bed while still very damp, we had to take them off and hang them on the balcony to dry. The internet was very bad, only working part of the time we were there. The hotel was shoddy, no hot water kettle and no telephone in the room --- which meant t we had to go downstairs to report each problem we encountered. Overall, it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, despite the fantastic view.

Location good and the staff was trying to be helpful...

Run down place, dirt everywhere, one of our rooms had no windows, corridors smelly, no towells and when we asked for them - were Told tomorrow...

There is no towels, no tissues, no soap at the bathroom Not that clean , so be prepared if you decide

Good location. Nice view from the top floors. Staff is ok, but lazy.

Terribly dirty. The toilet was broken, so the whole room smelled, moreover it was never been cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty. The walls, mirrors and windows were dirty. The towels were not given , had to ask and they were all ripped. Floors and elevators are not mopped.

No toiletries, no lock on door, no towels, no toilet paper, hair on bed and pillow upon arrival. Room very dirty and unsanitary.

I recommend this place comfortable , clean , have a great sea view ,all of that for a good price .

The room walls need to be more clean and the bathroom need to have more cleaning tools
