The receptionist was very kind and helpful, his name was Ahmad as far as I remember. They helped me through mistakenly booking a room for a different time, and arranged everything without any extra cost.

All was perfect.

The location is very close to the downtown

Noises are coming thru the walls(wake me up twice at Night)Not properly sound isolation in this building

It is right at downtown easy access to the beach and restaurants near by.

Breakfast was not great. No fruits

This was an excellent place to stay - comfortable, convenient for convenience stores, cafes and restaurants, and the staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and, being from 6-9am, gave us plenty of time to eat without rushing. WiFi was good, room was clean, beds were really comfy - would happily stay there again.

Communication about an airport transfer was annoying as, despite several messages to the hotel via Booking.com's system, we didn't get confirmation until the day before we left for Jordan. Once that contact was made, they were very prompt in their responses (thankfully). My travelling companion/sister would like to see more coffee and fresh milk and less sugars!

It's in a great location. It's in a walkable distance to restaurants and the beach as well as shopping stores! The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. Definitely booking again!

Room feels a bit small, aircon was a bit too noisy for the night, view to messy rooftop and construction site. There is not really free parking provided by hotel, they help you to find a parking somewhere around on public streets.

Hotel is at a great location to explore the center of Aqaba. The staff, especially (I think) the ownder of the hotel was so kind, even helped us with our car's dead battery. Roooms were clean, large enough, breakfast was good.

The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall great experience.

The shower was not up to standard and should be replaced. Additionally, the room felt a bit cramped with three beds. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we had a great stay.

Nice stay. Recommended hotel. The location is very close to shops and restaurants.

No parking available for guests. People smoke in the lobby and dining area, even while other guests are having breakfast. They do not respect other guests.

I was unable to sleep for five consecutive nights due to the noise from the water pumps. Despite relocating from the 6th floor to the 4th floor, the noise remained excessively loud

Good location, excellent shower with hot water.

A lot of people smoke inside the hotel, breakfast should improve (more fruits, yogurt, seeds), chocolate milk for kids, and more variety of bread and cereals.

Location Centre of Aqaba, Mosque, Market, Restaurant, Coffee/Shisha near to hotel.The view from Balcony was Amazing, i will share photos about this. Really, I love it. The reception is professional and cooperative, I lost my mobile with taxi and with their relationships they bring it back to me. Especially the Manager Ragheb Al-Dweik, he deals with the hotel guests in a sophisticated manner.

The shower water pressure was very bad on cold and I ended up having an extremely hot shower that I could not handle for more than a minute and it was impossible to was my hair in such hot water as well as shower my 5 kids in such hot water

Good location, clean and quiet.

I was given a room with an inter-connecting door which, as a solo female traveller, I was nervous about. I decided to stay in the room as I had already used the facilities when I realised. It is something hotels should not do with solo female guests.
