Friendly staff in the restaurant and cleaning department room service.

That reception employee is not too friendly also the hotel don't have hvac system they have normal ac first day we use that it's the smell like dirty socks.

Staff lied about the refund because we had to leave earlier than the reservation so we called later after we left aqaba and they said no refund will be issued and unfortunately we didn’t get our money back and they are clearly scammers

The hotel has a good location.

The room had no windows, which made it feel closed and uncomfortable. On top of that, cleanliness was a serious issue. There were hairs on the bed and the bedside table, and the bathroom was dirty. The shower drain was clogged, with water and hair floating, which made the stay very unpleasant.When I reported this to the receptionist, he just told me that I should lift the drain cover in the shower as if I was supposed to fix it myself. That was very disappointing. A guest should not be asked to do housekeeping or maintenance.

The rooms were amazing, equipped with everything you need and very clean and comfortable.

The staff are unfriendly, the rooms are so dirty, the smell is so bad, i could not sleep because of smoking smell despite none of us smoke, no restaurant expet for breakfast where staff are not hygienically take care how they touch things, no parkings where you have to park along away and walk about 200 meter i truly do not know how it is 3 stars rated,

I booked a one-night stay at the hotel.Upon arrival, the hotel staff claimed there was no room available despite my confirmed booking. After insisting, they offered a different room—not the type I reserved. To make matters worse, the room was a smoking room with no windows, which was unbearable and unsafe, especially for my young daughter under three years old.This ruined the start of our vacation and caused significant stress for my family. I do not recommend this hotel and expect Booking.com to ensure proper resolution.

The breakfast was excellent

The mattress and covers, though washed, did not feel clean. After two attempts to resolve it, we had to change rooms. The second room was better but had poor air conditioning. I asked to cancel the remaining nights, but the request was denied.

The hotel is situated closed to a market place with easy access to many restaurants and shops. The view from the hotel balcony is marvelous and you can get seaview as well as see some part of Israel if the weather permits. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

room was quite big . Ac was very good. bathroom was clean. breakfast was nice and restaurant was clean. staff was very friendly and helpful. good value for money. beds were very comfortable. room was huge an spacious. the room was very quiet which was nice for a good nights sleep.

more sttention to floor cleaning is needed. floor felt dusty and some debris were under the bed. the tv remotes were not in good condition some buttons were coming off.
