Al Raad Hotel

The breakfast is very nice. There is no actual parking in the facilities, but it is easy to find for free near the hotel.

There is quite a lot of noise from the street. The bed sheets had several cigarette burns.

The duty manager ramiz tillawi was rude to our group and lacked hospitality etiquette as he was addressing one member and completely ignored the rest of the group even when they asked questions! Unacceptable and inhospitable! The hotel staff and the hotel itself is doing a good job tho and provide efficient service.

We really like the room very spacious George was super nice

The room I booked should have had "panoramic views of Aqaba Gulf and the Red Sea" The room did not have small window and no view of the Aqaba Gulf or the sea. See photo. The bed was too small The fridge was not clean.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.Specially Hussam from Reception Departmant , He is very Helping.This Building is just like a Structure but that kind of Staff is the Soul of this Hotel.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms considering the affordable prices. It was beyond expectations, will definitely consider going there again.

I would recommend increasing the variety options for the breakfast and probably renovating the closets.

Reception desk' staff was awesome, specially Mr.Smadi , Mr.Enad and also the reservation department with Mr.George , Even the other staff like the restaurant and the housekeeping was also so helpful. Food, service and there behaviour was everything was good. I personally willing to visit here again.

The location was good. The staff were friendly.

There was no water pressure in the pathroom also, it kept flooding outside the path, The bed was so dirty that I had the feeling like there was a mouse living inside the bed. The pillow was uncomfortable and very big. The breakfast was under normal.

The location is great, the hotel is clean, so as rooms. We were given sea view rooms. Perfect.

I booked for 4 stars hotel after arival I got surprise it was 3 stars

Location of the hotel was great - lots of great dinner and dessert places nearby. Hotel was quite modern and the room was massive. People at reception were amazing and gave us advice on diving and beaches we could visit!

Breakfast could be better

At first i would like to thank the professional reservation manager George, the friendly and helpful front desk.The place was exactly what we were looking for everything was great! Very good location near the beach and the center. Beautiful rooms, huge and top cleanliness, great quality of breakfast, I will come back to visit this place again for sure.
