The only thing I liked was the beach view — it was beautiful and peaceful, which slightly made up for the rest of the experience.

Almost everything else. The arrival was confusing because the security guard misdirected us, the way to our room was completely dark with no electricity, and the reception didn’t take our complaint seriously. The room was dusty, poorly maintained, and not as booked — broken sink, non-working fridge, and old furniture. There were no basic single-use amenities like ear cleaners or shower caps, and the noise from the rooftop restaurant made it hard to rest. The overall environment didn’t feel cared for at all.

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The facilities were great, and the location was ideal — close to the beach.

Nothing to complain about — everything exceeded expectations

The pools, beach, comfy bed.

The price is high relative to value, the bathroom at my room was smelly, the balcony door does not closes.

Location is ok though its 20/25min away from everything

The hotel is very disgusting , i received the room dirty with hair and dirt everywhere and all sort of insects in the room, Buffet is terrible not big enough variety for a 5star, very dirty buffet place and tables, beach beds dirty and not enough places for all residents , staff not helpful at all and they dont care , not enough towels available , no elevators , gym not working , over 100 stair to reach a room

The location and the staff is very friendly and nice

The rooms are outdated and rooms can be cleaner.

The read sea, the breakfast and dinner are the highlights. There is also a nice are 10 minutes walk away in the south with good restaurants and bars. This place is also nice if you want to dive as there is a PADI center right in front of it.

For a 5 star hotel this was underwhelming. They did not have a baby cradle, water has to be payed durning meals, the children swimming pool was dirty and the air conditioning had quite some dust in it when we turned it on. Overall it seems like the hotel was great years ago but not so well maintained nowadays. Unfortunately the price quality ratio is just not great.

Honestly, hard to say that I liked anything, but I was able to see that it was meant to be a good place…

Not user friendly, accessibility to rooms is not friendly for old people, facility not well maintained, access to car parks is only through the main lobby ( not practical although the offered valet service) quality of breakfast ( croissant very poor dry and not fresh….)

The resort was nice

Services were terrible. Took us 3 hours just to get towels after the cleaner forgot to replace our towels. The food wasnt great. Reception staff were so slow.

The beach is wonderful

Beach and pools without lifeguards most of the time. Towels not always available. There no services at the beach. Rooms with old furniture and not clean.Any request might take hours

The worst experience ever

The worst experience i have ever had in **so called** 5 star hotel as I think they bought this rating as i would call it 1 star hotel First what we saw on the way to the room as stuff was throwing towels,bed sheets n pillow on the floor while cleaning the rooms which was shocking The rooms were dirty including mirrors and windows Toilet smell bad and toilet sit was dirty and towels were with stains,not a single really white towelFurniture was very old,scratched and with stains, floor with cracks The curtains were dirty,with stains and holesThe room had no lights except 2 side lamps which were also with stains The room service wasn't answering so cant order anything The only restaurants available are min 15 mins walk not in the hotel itself evenThe beach is full of cigarette butts everywhere which makes it disgusting to walk with the babyIn general cigarette butts are everywhere even next to the pool so better to wear shoes all the timeBreakfast is very poor for 5 star hotel and very low variety of foodsOverall experience was the worst ever Will never come back and will never suggest to anyone

No Towels , no clean rooms , no flexability

Location and beach

The property was not clean. They did not replace the towels from our bathroom, and it took 5 hours to get fresh towels. Ants in rooms. The “Adults only” pool had lots of children, staff was not doing its job. Breakfast buffet did not have staff at stations, so kids would pick- up food and smell and put back, kids put fingers in food, etc. this could have been avoided if they had staff at stations and served the food. We had 3 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. We had come to this hotel before, was never this bad. NOT 5star, not even 3. Will NOT be returning.

Its location is amazing, there are many pools, and the beach is wonderful. It’s better to have a car in order to go to the city (about a 15-minute drive)

It seems we stayed during a busy period, and the service did not meet our expectations, both at breakfast and with housekeeping. We often had to wait quite a long time for towels in the room. Initially, we were assigned rooms on the northern side which were not in good condition, but after requesting a change we were moved to a nicer suite that had been recently renovated.

Everything except few things that I will mention below…

Bathroom at the lobby isn’t clean.. plus receptionist “Majeeda” was very unprofessional and she was very impatient and just wanted to end the conversation without trying to solve the problem, she lacks communication skills and must work on it.

The food was good. The pools were nice. The area of the marina is very nice with good restaurants.

The overall service wasn't too refined. For example, they always forgot to provide us with towels for some reason... And even after we asked for it, it took long time to get them.Also, the Kids club was closed, even though it is listed as open in the website.

The front desk was amazing specially mr yazan.s He helped us alot and he was so kind

the only good thing they were having the pools, there are a good options for the family. and the beach was good and clean.

The room is not that clean, and it will take ages from them to answer your call, whenever you ask for something towels as an example they will take a long time to reach out to you and you need to call again and again for that. Also the Sofa bed was not clean at all it was full of foods and dust, the floor was not clean and there was a bad smell.
