Very close to the railway station. AC works well.

Booked twin rooms, got extra romantic double rooms.

Room was ready when we arrived, clean and the location was easy to find. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was vegan milk and a variety of bread. The staff were friendly.

We had reserved one twin room and one queen room, but both came with twin beds and were basically identical. Although we could move the beds together it wasn't really that comfortable. The beds were also quite short, for me as a tall guy not ideal. The room was also quite hot. There was a fan but no AC - but this is normal for Switzerland. Staff were friendly but didn't really speak any english (or german).

The airconditioning in the room was perfect, it was a very hot day and not sure we could have slept without it! The shower was very good, with 3 options, very nice!

The room was very small and because it was in the attic, you had to be careful not to bang your head.

Location was amazing and room was clean.

Breakfast was included with the booking but found out it qas 12 per person

Its proximity to the main road. It wasn't clear when booking that it was on a main thoroughfare.

Good location as we needed a sleep driving through Switzerland. We tried to find as cheap as possible and close to the high way but I guess nothing is cheap here ;)

Free parking next to the hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant with nice food. All in all a good hotel for a 1 night stay during a long trip. The owners are very nice.

We were unlucky to come on a very hot day (36 degrees). Even though I see that the room was well prepared: windows closed, so that the heat doesn’t get in, it didn’t help, it was too hot, we almost couldn’t sleep. Airco was just like a mobile water fan, didn’t cover the whole room, only one person you aim it on. The double bed in family room is pretty low, so for older people it might be difficult to lie down or get up.

Very comfortable beds. Newly renovated room/bathroom. Very close to the motorway. Perfect for a stop travelling from Italy to the UK. Free parking at the back of the hotel.

Friendly welcome and lovely staff. Newly refurbished bedroom & bathroom. Air conditioning. Very convenient for station. This is not a top luxury hotel and the menu choice was limited but the food was very good and it was great value for money.

Clean room

Very noisy- facing train station, main road to Bellinzona, and noisy neighborhood (drunk lads screaming until 3am). We messaged the hotel manager but in vain, nothing was done to ask the bar downstairs to lower noise level.Very disappointing.

Breakfast was a bufet but there were not many options to choose from.The heat was unbearable, I had trouble sleeping because of that. They provided a small portable airco unit which if they would have started before we have arrived it would have made the difference maybe. I tried to use that however apart from loud noise it was not doing much.

This was hugely overpriced for very basic facilities. There was no aircon (to be fair it wasn’t advertised as such) but had only a noisy floor fan. The windows were held shut with rope. The shower head was loose. The curtains didn’t keep out the light. Food was poor and overpriced, and some friend of the proprietor/staff came in and shouted down her phone for most of dinner.

Generally Swiss accommodation is over priced and underwhelming and this hotel follows this pattern. Rooms were pokey, poorly appointed and the communal areas are very basic. In comparison with equivalentGerman and Italian accommodation the Swiss perform very poorly. Ridiculously poor value for money

- Practical location opposite the station- Free parking- Quiet room at the back of the hotel- Comfortable bed- After the check-in, the staff were friendly

- Despite confirming my arrival time would be between 4 and 5 pm, on arrival at 4.15 pm there was a notice that staff would return at 4.30 pm. I waited outside with other guests, and they reopened at 4.40 pm.- It took 10 minutes to find my booking.- They wanted to charge for breakfast; I had to show the confirmation that proved it was included.- I was informed it wasn't possible to print a Ticino ticket- Despite having seen the menu while I was waiting outside and in my room, at dinner I wasn't shown a menu and was informed only pasta and salad were available.- Very poor wifi: the signal was weak and often there was no connection.- Noisy bathroom fan that stayed on 30 minutes after switching the light off.- No fresh fruit at breakfast.

Dinner in the hotels little restaurant was ridiculously expensive. 2 pastas, 1 pizza, 3 cokes, 1 bottle of water = 90 Eu
