It had a front office person 24/7 for late arrivals

Checked in at 11pm, night clerk demanded 3 euros cash for "tax" for the room on top of bookong.com fee, cash only. Would have lost our booking fee had we walked away. Totally sketchy! We only had 5 euro bill, he fumbled around with his small change in his pocket for several minutes, until we finally said for him to keep it. No parking spaces left in lot. We counted at least 8 people living out of their cars. Homeless people coming out of the abandonded building next door. About a dozen preteen/teen boys walking around all night and all taking turns on a 2-cycle moped.They smoked weed, played music and talked and yelled all night outside our window until 5:45am cracking beers.Maybe slept 30 minutes all night. My 2 grown sons slept in the car to protect our belongings. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Bad, dirty and smelly room

It was cheap and clean enough.

The facilities were bad and out of date, very old and uncomfortable. It wasn't obvious that tere was shared bathroom and shower.

Friendly staff and just enough facilities for a quick overnight stay. Public transport nearby to get into historic city

The hotel works 24/7 so it's very convenient if you arrive late at night. The breakfast is included but be prudent and watch weather the receptionist indicated that in your check in paper.

It seems the bedsheets on the upper bunk bed hasn't been changed since the beginning of the year.

Disabled toilet literally covered in faeces. No seat in male toilet. No clean crockery for breakfast. Only one plate in the whole kitchen. Neighbourhood feels pretty unsafe. Tv didn't work. Bedroom door very difficult to lock, would be easy to break in.I went here because of the price. It wasn't worth it.

The rooms were very warm and dirty. There were blood stains on the walls and beds (hopefully from mosquitos), the floors were not clean too. Even for 1 night I don't recommend it.

The breakfast was good, the room rather comfortable.

On that night, there was no wifi (and not many available toilets on the ground floor).

The staff are nice, they do their best. The location of the hotel was convenient to me. Parking.

Very dirty toilet, shower, bed clothes... No toilet paper or even if provided, gone in an hour's time... Really run down... rubbish in front of window too. No wifi connection... Poor breakfast.

These people are fraudulent!! Stay away from this place. When we arrived the hotel was overbooked. They could not cancel our booking nor give us our money back. It’s been two weeks now and no answer to any mail or message. Booking.com is also refusing to refund. Fraud alert!!

it was told that there’s breakfast included. In morning guy who working said that theres no breakfast anymore? it’s dangerous zone and nobody is delivering anything? crazy. 1 star, very bad!!!!!

Dirty room, except linen. Common bathroom worst. Will never take this option.

Rooms are very basic but very comfortable. Facilities are ok. Breakfast was a bit thin this time, but the baguettes were fresh.

The room was very warm (30 degree)and there was not a fan or air conditioning.
