Hôtel Siatel Besançon Chateaufarine

It has a very welcoming entrance, breakfast & stuff

room facilities

clean, quiet, sound proof, straight forward check-in and easy checkout

it doesn't have a kettle and tea bags in the room (to be fair, it was not in the room description), 3 levels and no elevator.

Staff were friendly.

Restaurant was closed. Hotel was split into several buildings.

We were so thankful for the upgrade to air conditioned rooms. We were passing through and just needed to rest. If it would have been hot, rest would have been difficult. Thank you to the person who did this. It was a wonderful stay and a good price.

Liked all of it.

Hot, stale, old and never to be repeated.

An old dated hotel, with musty stale smelling rooms, no air conditioning and a below average breakfast selection. The moment the breakfast salad is already turning brown when prepared shoes a lack of attention to quality and detail.

Delightful gentleman at the desk when we arrived. Very friendly, upgraded us to a quieter room which was a lovely surprise.Batiment E was very clean and looked brand new, the room Immaculate and clean.

Room was large enough, clean and comfortable. Shower room excellent. Good, functioning air conditioning.

Prefer rooms with tiled floors as easier to be cleaned and to feel clean.

Very fast and easy check in. Exactly what you expect, when you need a good night's sleep on your way to the south of france. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, almost like a massage!

Clean room. Very comfortable bed, good hot shower.Breakfast available, late night check in was no problem. Very helpful staff. Good free parking.

Personal

There was a Very cold on the room, we had heating on full all night and it did not help.

We have stayed here before, and were again very satisfied. Good hotel for a night on the road. For the type of hotel (on industrial area) and the price this is much much better than the usual hotel chains you find in such areas in France. Nice color full room, with all we need. No noise of cleaning staff in the morning, free parking, supermarket nearby, noon (late) checkout, clean, good bed, elevator, good badroom. We arrived after closing time reception (23:00) but they arrange to provide the key.

they are so friendly and helpful! it’s the 4th time I am going to this hotel and will continue going!

it’s a calm, clean and specious hotel!

Poor

The room was infested by insects and I couldn't sleep. I left earlier at 6am without taking breakfast (despite it was paid) cos it was a nightmare staying there. I counted more than 20 bites

Good position, very clean, friendly staff

Food provision was excellent. Well organised. The room was clean, though not spacious. It was easy to find and staff were very helpful. Would definitely use this chain again.

A little more space between the beds would have been perfect, but we hand no complaints.
