We have stayed here before and found it perfect for our needs. Dog friendly qhich is great. The staff are kund and helpful plus, on weekdays, you can lunch or dine at Cez elle et lui which is so close. I recommend. Local transport outside the door.

Not much to like unfortunately.

The smell of the room was disgusting. Was kept up all night with the sound of running water inside the room. We also had a problem with our booking when trying to book the room it kept saying it would not fit our party size, so we selected a different room. After payment we realised there was a problem and it booked too many rooms. After speaking to booking.com the hotel refused to refund one of the rooms. The staff/manager were extremely unfriendly.and unhelpful.

Big Parking

They charged every thing at arrival even you leave day early I understand that you can’t get money for the room but I don’t understand why you don’t get money you pay for breakfast and you didn’t eat same is for tax if you didn’t stay !

Always when we travel this route, we stop in here. Clean, lovely staff, comfy bed and great localisation.

Very nice staff. Good parking. Very good breakfast. Dogs accepted (7€).

Spoke English in reception, room was adequate for the price, parking on site - very important to us.

Not close to Besançon centre but bus stop 100 yds up the road with a ticket machine 1.40e a go, every maybe 10 mins: good way to see the outside bits of the town in 15 mins.

It was a bed for the night in an otherwise full city. Mine was a late booking as I was travelling across Europe trying to avoid the worst and coldest of the weather. You get what you pay for and is available

Bed was very uncomfortable, the restaurant meals were very poor for the price charged (overcooked chips, tough lamb, wet and soggy salad)

Easy to get to,,clean and at a reasonable price.

Clean, friendly staff

Fire doors were all fixed open with wedges, this dangerous. This problem should be fixed immediately. If there was a fire we would have to jump out oof the window.

Bathroom needs refurbishing.

The bathroom could do with being refurbished. The soap dispenser was dirty and looked rusty. The toilet brush holder also looked rusty. The window was extremely hard to close.

Nice large bed, nearby the bus stop to the center of the city, nice restaurant next to it.

It was not clean, there was no soap or soap dispenser by the sink, some of the electric sockets were hanging out of the wall.

Very corporate and difficult to communicate online prior to arrival. I think a bot was answering my messages. It even declined my request to check in at 5 pm stating "denied. Check in is from 2 pm". A nice experience if you don't need to communicate.

Great hotel for what it is! We stopped on our way to France and liked it so much that we stayed another night on our way back. It’s very clean, quiet, the bed comfortable, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, a safe parking spot, good breakfast. For the price, I think it’s perfect.
