Comfort Aparthotel Besançon Hauts du Chazal

its was clean, the staff was very friendly and the price is reasonable if youre looking for a simple hotel. thanks to the staff

Nice and quiet place. Friedly and helpful staff.

Clean and comfortable, staff were really nice, reasonable price for underground parking

It took me a while to figure out the layout of hotel and parking

Very clean, very comfortable, plenty of parking spaces (for free after 7 pm and on weekends), clear instructions for the late check-in, well-equipped kitchen with dishes and microwave.

Late check-in was easy, room is quite spacious.

Unfortunately, the room provided smelt super bad all night, as we checked in late at night, no one was there to consult and we are very tired after a long trip with the kids, with heavy rain, we opened the windows to ventilate the room, but we really can not open the windows due to the heavy rain. 1 fan was provided and there is NO AIRCONDITION!Thank God we only stayed one night!

Good value for an overnight stay on our journey north. The hotel is well presented and clean; staff were very friendly and communication was great. The room was well equipped with en-suite bathroom, fridge, tv and hot drink facilities. The cold water dispenser in the corridor was a welcome touch.

The rooms were extraordinarily and uncomfortably hot. A portable fan was provided and helped, but it really would put me off booking a room again in summer.

A wonderful place to stay! The staff were extremely supportive and went out of their way to help. There’s a convenient public parking area right at the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable - ideal for a one-night stop, which suited us perfectly since we were just passing through. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Cheap hotel for a stopover.

Nearest restaurants for evening meal about 20 minutes walk.Shower was tricky to use.

It was not 24 hour reception but they did give us a code to get in ourselves. Beds were okay.

Room had paint peeling in bathroom, was dirty, and was completely blank. Looked nothing like the pictures.

Very helpful staff (even when you arrive late in the evening)Value for your money! Small kitchen with fridge.Possibility to get fresh water from a dispenser.

Nothing to be mentioned.

Cheap, clean rooms, friendly staff, crib provided, spacious.

The crib mattress was too soft for my son at his age. I thought he might suffocate, but maybe that's just my paranoia. So I removed the mattress to just use the pack n play provided mattress, but it seemed very old and dirty. My son woke up in the middle of the night completely under the mattress. We didn't get much sleep that night.

Nice clean and well maintained all the required amenities. Friendly staff and easy access.

Location is a bit out of town, but was expected based on the map. Without a car it’s difficult to access restaurants.

Kitchen corner on the room makes it more practical than most hotels. The room was clean

The age is showing in the room and solid renovation is in order. The constrution quality of the building is poor especially sound proofing. You hear all your neighbours and water flowing

The bed was comfortable and clean. There was parking everywhere available and it’s right by the tram station, so it’s convenient to take the tram into the city. The staff was really friendly

It didn’t have much personality and looked a bit like there was still construction going on from the outside. The walls were a little thin but really it’s great for what you pay - can’t expect too much

The location. It was bright. Great views.

It was very hot. With no air on or fans.

Xxxxx everything was amazing!!!!!

Good location & room facilities...

On the 5th floor the room was exceptionally hot overnight. Even a fan would have been a huge bonus.

It was very clean, the sofa was prepared for sleeping for our children which was very convenient since we arrived late. The shower was great.

Everything was fine.

Awesome staff! Room had great amenities and was spacious.

Just be careful when booking. There are two Zenitude locations... one in the city center and one in the shopping district. Staff were very understanding when I realized I had booked the wrong location and facilitated my transfer to the alternate hotel location for my second night's stay.
