Being charged twice since they said they did not get paid by you even though I could see the charge on my account.

When I arrived at night like at 4Am there was no one at the reception till i called the hotel

Comfortable room and beds, spacious parking area. Big and reasonably priced hotel in the city.

The personnel clearly did not keep up with cleaning the tables and dishes in the breakfast room, although there were not too many guests that morning

The young lady at the reception was very kind and pleasant. When I went to the car to get our things, she immediately started playing with my son so he wouldn’t have to wait there alone, even without being asked. Thank you very much!

My wife and I were travelling through France on our motorbike on our way to Spain. We were greatly warmly by the reception staff who were very helpful and even allowed my to park my motorcycle next to the hotel entrance.Nice comfortable room and bed. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner and also breakfast the next day. Both excellent.

The restaurant is really old and worn out. Tables and chairs could do with replacing and definitely needs a new carpet.Tables could be set up for meals to make guests feel welcome and give them a feeling of sitting in a restaurant.

The bed was good and the water pressure in the shower was sufficient.

The airco/heating was very loud at its minimum setting.The restaurant was a huge disappointment. At dinner my meal (fish) was tasteless, the wine was lower than average and I found several sharp bits of hard plastic in my dame blanche dessert. They didn't make me pay for it which was good, obviously.The breakfast was also doubtful: cutlery was dirty and the whole serving section was untidy. No napkins in sight, nor staff to ask for help either.

Just used for an overnight stay on route. Close to the motorway and easy to find.

Parking available. Reasonable walk into the centre. Hotel in a quiet area no road noise.

Shower was truly rubbish - a wide spray with absolutely no pressure. Breakfast was included but there was barely anything when we went down - no cups or plates or bread - eventually the staff who were debating something amongst themselves and looked like they were tidying up half an hour before the scheduled service end did ask if we wanted bread and we asked for cups and plates and they got them but super poor.

breakfast is varied and good, room clean and comfortable. The evening meal is also good with enough variety

just looking a little tired, we have stayed here multiple times as a stop over on out drive to Italy, communal corridor carpets stained and a bit smelly, they also used to provide paper bags so if you were leaving very early you coul pack your breakfast to go, they didn't have this available this time.

All the basic facilities that are needed for a one night budget stay. Clean tidy, restaurant on site.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, big parking, lovely international crowd. We were lucky to get an accessible room which meant a huge bathroom. Very well maintained lawn just outside—and a swimming pool!

The room and furniture in the room looks slightly tired and dated. The design is from the previous age. The breakfast area is pretty small and gets crowded at the peak hours. The hotel provided the information about the traffic statistics, but I guess as a customer you would prefer to have a place to sit and eat whenever you want within the serving hours.

Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms, everything very clean.
