Pros +
- Super management, clean, attractive, friendly. The room was small and tight, but very well equipped. The location and Bulle were a perfect center for the train, the Gruyere cheese factory, and the Cailler Chocolate factory. We had a great time.
- All OK. Good price, for what I have received. Small bathroom, but clean. Very close to the train station and center. nice position for all trips arround Bulle.
- Very convenient to Bulle train station and to the town center. Room and bed were comfortable and spacious.
Cons -
- The small room was appropriate with the modest charge. It was high value for the money.
- I did not like the reception, via TV and camera. But it works good.
- I was confused by the television screen receptionist. It worked out alright, but that was a first for me.

Location
The facilities compared to the price is totally not worth it, even they were so calculative when i asked a towel for my daughter, the receptionist is virtual!
Good location. Clean. Nice view from the window. Good wifi.
Extremely bad
The hotel is loud and smelly. People from the burger place downstairs stay outside talking late into the night, and because of the very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything even on the third floor. The ventilation system seems to be shared with the burger place, and it operates loudly while bringing an unpleasant smell into the room. There is no real reception, only a screen on a stand where you speak to someone via webcam. The remote receptionist cannot assist with anything that happens in the room. There is no iron in the room. The pillows are extremely old, and the inner material has clumped into small hard balls over time. This is a budget hotel with no facilities, so you naturally expect them to at least provide what they promise — a quiet and clean place to sleep. Unfortunately, they fail even at that. I even doubt whether the ventilation system complies with local regulations.

Nice place to stay. Clean room and shower. Cafe right in a lobby. Free overnight parking in front of the door ( from 18.30 till 8.00). If you need to leave the car for longer you pay 2 eur/ hour in parkomat. We left at 9, so it was fine.
Close to train station, very walkable.
Price was a bit high based off the space of rooms, unless price was due to Desalpé in Albeuve, then I can understand the increase. The remote receptionist is efficient but feels very cold compared to a present worker.
The room was very clean and tidy
It lacked facilities, no tea or coffee making facilities, no info pack, breakfast was poor, room was overpriced
Good price and good locationVirtual check in person was very nice
No ac made it impossible to sleep in the summer heat
Close to the train station, quiet area, decent views.
Air conditioning would have been nice.
Well, it was cheap and has comfy beds..that would be all.
Pub/restoran on the ground floor looks a bit shady..you would not like to spend an evening there..there is no real staff, check in via a screen, rooms and bathrooms has to be refurbished now!.. we found one extension cord..could not find sockets..price was rather low..but how to give a good mark in this situation?
Excellent location and very close to shops. Located in the centre of Bulle and easily accessible by car. Staff were very friendly
Well located in the centre of town near bars/restaurants and the train station. Very clean. Value for money.
It was clean
The window screen could not be opened because large bees would immediately fly into room. Bees apparently harvesting rotten wood on windowsill. Hallway temperature extremely warm. Whenever door was opened with window open hot air would rush into room. Outside temperature was cold but room would not cool down because it just sucked hot air under door from hallway. Check in was a joke. Check in is by call center video chat. There is someone at the front desk who does nothing to assist with check in. Waited 15 minutes for call center check in person to finish with other hotels before they became available. They say there is a massage chair available but it's expensive and the fake leather is all cracked and worn. Only 2 towels provided with no way to get more due to call center operation. No floor towel provided even though shower is essentially a floor to ceiling shower curtain. Shower makes room even hotter and cannot dehumidify without opening hallway door letting hot air into room. Pillows were the literally the most lumpy I have ever slept on. You couldn't make a lumpier pillow if you tried intentionally.
The breakfast was quite good and the room was clean.
The hotel is located on some busy bar street and right next to train tracks, so the location is very noisy during the night time. This wouldn't be a big issue, but we had to keep the window open because it was way too hot to sleep in the room. The desk fan in the room was not working, but since the hotel only has a virtual reception, they weren't able to provide any help with the issue. We tried to request a baby bed aswell, but were denied for the same reason: The housekeeping had just left for the day, so the hotel is not staffed and nobody can do anything locally after the office hours. Virtual reception is pretty cool, but it's a huge problem when the customers might actually need some practical assistance.
Short walk from the train station. Everything is as described in the room. Easy check-in and check-out by video chat at hotel's reception with a remote receptionist.
The soundproofing of the room's door is not good. I can easily hear people opening/closing door from other rooms or talking in the corridor.
Good value for money, clean, well located. Parking nearby.
A bit hot, restaurant below very noisy late in the night.
Hotel very clean and staff very helpful Breakfast is very good
