They had a nice large family room with balcony. The double bed was very comfortable and the sleeping couch was not too bad. Location was perfect for the city centre of Bulle - walking distance to shops, bakeries and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and she spoke perfect english.

The air conditioning was very loud and on the lowest mode it hardly did anything… so despite the airco, it was still very hot in the room. The ventilation in the bathroom was also very loud and it took very long, after we switched of the light, to switch off.

Nice breakfast; room spacious, modern and clean. No noises from outside. Personnel at reception and breakfast extremely nice. Dog welcome in the breakfast room. Good WiFi.

The pillows are very thin and only one is available per person. The light switches have a permanent blue light on, that disturbs the sleep. The light of the mirror in the bathroom wasn't working. There is a continuous ventilation noise, not loud, but still perceptible. The temperature in the room cannot be regulated and was a bit too warm.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel situated very conveniently, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station. 10 minute drive away from sites and points of interest ( Gruyère, Cailler chocolate factory, most exquisite wine shops). Ample car parking. Pet friendly. We didn't have our dog with us this time but we will definitely bring him with us the next time we stay in this hotel. ❤️

Everything was wonderful, really. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection (we prefer fried eggs to boiled and like a wider variety of cut fruit and cold meats), but since that is a very personal preference, it's not really a negative.

I really liked the interior and cosy atmosphere of the room, comfortable bed and pillows for sleeping, cleanliness, top service from the receptionists and of course the location of the hotel. But as for breakfasts I would add something from hot dishes.

Why do people put cushions (that were probably on the floor) on a nice clean bed?Toilet on one side of room behind the bed. Then had to walk out and around bed to wash hands in the shower room on the other side of bed. Spare toilet paper also kept in the shower room. No door on shower room. No full length mirror. Lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. Couldn't see anything in the mirror.Hairdryer was broken.Asked for an iron and the receptionist couldn't find any. I had to wait until the cleaning staff arrived to get one.When I wanted to leave the room, the electronic lock on door had a problem and wouldn't open for about 5 minutes.Arrived back to the hotel at 22h45 on Saturday night and the bar and restaurant were shuttered up.

My room was on the road side and I was woken up several times because of the people shouting when coming out of the restaurant/pub. I couldn't close the window because it was too hot and there is no air conditioning. When I go back, I will ask for another room.

Breakfast was good it included double cream with meringue, which was awesome.

Being in Gruyère region, I would have preferred a more old looking building. The hotel looked like a Motel on the outside. The stairs/corridors also didn't look very good. The room was nice inside though. This was a suprise given the room price (quite high, but ok it's Switzerland). It included entrance to a spa, but that was 25 minutes drive away so we didn't have time to go.

Wonderful reception and super helpful staff. I recommend this place highly. The suite room with mountain views is perfect for families.

Very comfortable pillows and bedding. Nice selection of fresh fruits and breads and pastries on the breakfast buffet. Very pleasant staff. Complimentary entrance to Wellness in nearby Gruyere was a lovely perk.

In room TV stations were so frequently 'freezing' and cutting in and out. Housekeeping totally left us without replenished toiletries (including toilet paper), requiring a trip to the front desk (thankfully still open) to obtain a necessary replacement. (We were *completely* out, and that circumstance was quite clear to see!)
