Very clean. Spacious. Lots of storage. Pleasant friendly staff. Good central location.

Though it was a great central location, it was a bit noisy at night. Our room faced the street which was lovely during the day. However, it was noisy at night after the cafes had closed and people were loud heading home.

Personnel at front desk top rate. Friendly, helpful. Hotel in good location. Maybe 5-10 minutes walk from train station on one of main streets in old town.

Close to everything

No electrical plugs in the kitchen for the water heater pot or coffee maker. No electrical plugs for the unplugged, useless lamp next to the bed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of town.

There was no electric socket for the kettle in the kitchen area. It would be helpful to have a few more kitchen items available - more cutlery and plates, for example.

The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the Fribourg bus station and located on the edge of the Aldstadt which made for easy walking to tour the city. The room was easy to access, very clean, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator to store cheese and breakfast items as well as a table & chairs. Staff was very friendly.

Thought it was a bit expensive, but the building is of a good quality!

Friendly staff, great location, clean studio - ideal for a small group or family.

The studio has a nice kitchen with and oven and stove, but lacks pots and pans.

Otherwise all very nice and inviting! In general there are only small things to improve and I was very happy with the room.

A lamp is placed in a way where no power outlet is. Also, power outlets were hard to find, or did not work (bathroom). The placement of the clothes hangers is not ideal.The fan in the bathroom seemed constantly on. Is there a way to turn it off?Internet was of medium speed. For a videocall meetng this would propably not be ideal.

Room size good

Really surprised- No sockets in kitchen area to plug in kettle.- no sockets within reach for provided coffee machine- headboard has cupboard handles on!- shower not usable as the screen doesn’t fit round the bath!!

Size of the room, the bath and the bed. The location is fantastic as well.

The stove wasn't connected therefore I could not cook anything

The lady at the entrance was super nice and hid the key for me because I checked in late.

No nearby outlets, not exactly quiet. Strong scent of toilets upon arrival in the lobby. My door's room was right next to the elevator and the space was tight. Nothing in the kitchen was suitable for use besides the sink. It gets cold really quick

clean. what we needed

IT STINKS IT WAS DESCUSSTING.AS SOON AS WE ENTERED THE hotel it stank like a open toilett. we almoat had to puke. at least the rooms were ok. but that was horrible. talking to the receptionist she assured there was no problem with the canalisation but it stank horribly in the hole staircase lobby.
