ibis Fribourg

It was clean and the staff were helpful

Hardly any plug sockets. Couldn't have a shave. Couldn't have the phone near the bed

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the place was clean and easily accessible with the car and with the bus

The rooms were quite small and there were no coffee or tea or hot water for a quick drink in the room but otherwise very comfortable

Very simple but for the price its good , and clean

Ever y thing I’ve asked they try the best to help

Easy check in at any time. Ok breakfast

Parking limited

convenient parking, good breakfast

There is no microwave at breakfast to heat up cold foods.

The location is convenient

Overall, I feel that Ibis hotels could benefit from better maintenance, as they can sometimes give an impression of wear and tear. I understand that they are “budget hotels,” but this should not mean having showers with yellowed grout and damp stains, curtains that look tired, or rooms with poor insulation.

This guys work at night shift he's great i can't remember he's name bold guy

Clean

The staff were very helpful and friendly in every way - despite language barriers, they spoke and understood English very well. The location itself was easy to find. Highly recommend this hotel

Nothing bad mentioning.

Lokalization, receptionist

Furnitures and generally inside are from 80th... No respect for clients. The automat for soap was broken, it was impossible to use it, the room was dirty. It was 35oC out side there was no even welcome water inside, tee, nothing. electrisiti only in one place and not next to the bad . Additional payment for parking. Ibis Budget is absolutely better and chipper. This is not logical but true.

Breakfast was good. The location was well served by the bus service. Clean room and bathroom. Small fridge provided. Staff pleasant.

Coat hangers plastic fixings were broken - clothes fell to the floor. Replacement shower head did not fit holder so difficult to direct shower. Power socket only on one side of bed. Fridge unplugged so took 24hrs to cool down. We have stayed here a few times over the years. Time for an upgrade to fixtures and fittings as showing signs of wear and tear

Very Friendly Staff and one of the best locations. Close to the highway and most of the towns within drivable distance.

The location is perfect : there is a bus stop close from the hotel, this bus line go to the train station, only 15mn away...also it is a safe and quiet location. The staff at these Ibis & Ibis budget are always very friendly and helpful. Our room was very tidy and clean, so as the bathroom. The bed was extremely clean & comfortable and we slept sooooo good !In the bathroom there was always plenty of body/Hand-wash and shampoo, and fresh/soft towels. We watched the telly too, there are many programmes to watch in different languages. There is air condition in the room if needed.

Clean, quiet comfortable room with nice breakfast. Good location Provide two in the room is very considerate

Two aper cup only and one bottle of mineral water only provided at first day. Hair dryer is noisy and too hot to handle.no nice view from my room.

Excellent hotel that offers everything necessary, 24-hour reception and a very kind receptionist who met us with a smile despite our very late arrival and check-in

Breakfast is definitely overpriced

It was perfect place, because I had business in the Forum nearby. Close to the public bus station. Not far from city center and old town.

Hotel check in was quick, the room was comfortable (if a little small), warm and had a good shower. The hotel is close to the main roads but quiet. OK for a short overnight. Could park the car close by for approx 10 CHF.

Late check out, close the ice rink

Old furniture.

Covered parking available.Very nice and roomy shower.

Missing 3-Pin power 230 V~ socket in the bathroom.

Staff and area

No hot breakfast nothing for vegetarian.
