The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good! The morning staff was very friendly! Location was right off of the highway. Just what we needed.

When we arrived at 9:30 p.m. we had to go look for an employee to get our key. When we found the employee we felt like we were bothering her.

Easy access from the highway, but far enough away that it was quiet. Free parking in a large lot. Quadruple room was a good size for 4 people. Breakfast was fairly basic but fine, and began early.

When we arrived, the parking lot was overflowing with cars from the attached Bingo Hall, but fortunately they left shortly thereafter. Depending on when you arrive, it might be difficult to find a parking space for a couple hours.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, so we had to wait a while before contacting them via WhatsApp. After that, the friendly lady came and assisted us. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good amenities.

Great hotel just on the edge of town. Nice room which had a small kitchenette within. Supermarket just around the corner so this suited us just fine. Loads of parking. Easy check in & check out. Nice breakfast in the biggest dining room I’ve ever seen. Best bit about this hotel was the staff. We arrived early, room not ready. No probs the staff just speeded up their process. Needed an plug adapter. No probs they lent us one. They even helped park our motorbike in the car park. The reception lady was brilliant as was Vanessa who not only sorted our room out but provided breakfast as well. She is an absolute credit to the hotel & made our stay so much more comfortable. Big thumbs up.

It could have been better with an Air conditioner, especially if the room is towards the south.

The Portuguese reception lady was very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home.

A nice location with a friendly staff. Large parking available for those travelling by car.The room was large and comfy.

We love the staff, and it's value for money. The room was clean and bonus was the Netflix plus the parking and the restaurant besides the hotel.

The only thing we don't like was the distance between the Tourist site. You need to drive ca.1.5 hours to reach zurich, geneva and other popular places but actually it was ok because we have our car.

Very helpful staff. They arranged for the extra bed that Booking.com had not sent through. Restaurant right there with a playground for kids.
