Friendliness of the hotel staff, willingness to assist, breakfast buffet very yummy, brasserie incredibly on point and fast service

all in line with expectations

The room was very comfortable and a good size. It had everything we needed and the breakfast provided was lovely. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant in the evening (delicious food). The bus into Fribourg was just down the road ( a few minutes walk) which made getting into the old part of town very easy.

Just outside the city of Fribourg, which is easily accessible by bus, and on sunny days, even by foot. The breakfast was prepared with excellent local produces. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Almost nothing. Being picky, I would say that from my room I could start hearing noises early mornings due to preparations in the bar/restaurant downstairs.

Close to beautiful cities with rich history-Fribourg, Gruyere. Friendly staff, with you can communicate in French, German, English and Czech. If you are going on vacation or on a business trip, need accommodation and want to feel almost at home, come here, to Acacia.

Room was great (spacious, quiet, well equipped), breakfast was excellent, playground for children was a definitely plus!

The hotel parking lot is shared with the restaurant and was completely full multiple times when arriving, requiring waiting for a restaurant patron to leave or having to run in and have a hotel staff person move the car. Walking in requires walking through many people smoking on the patio of the restaurant.

The room was spacious and clean. Parking was free and abundant.

The room was very basic (no fridge, coffee machine, or ventilator). It was warm, and opening the window could somewhat help but at the expense of noise from the street. The breakfast was quite limited and basic.

My bed broke at 6am; the wooden bed bars broke one after one as I was seating. I am 70kg and I was making no exercise of any kind - The very bad isolation (street and neighborhood) - The minimalist breakfast - The empty reception (at arrival and departure)

The room was very lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have since stayed again, and expect to stay here when I am in the area in future. Really nice hotel.

Really lovely hotel with welcoming staff, our room was basic, had a comfy bed and decent shower. Overall it was good value for money and the breakfast was delightful!

The rooms aren't noise proof and we were woken up quite early by staff!

location was perfect for us as we have friends who live in Marly near Fribourg.We travelled as a group. 4 adults. Two double room and one suite. The double rooms have been modernised and are fairly spacious. The suite is outdated and mattress was too soft, bed seemed a little too small. At this price we already knew not to expect 5 star treatment but it’s functional and clean. Simple continental breakfast. no hot food, but ok. On-site parking is good.

In the suite, we couldn’t get hot water from the sink, but thankfully the shower had hot water. On check-in the first receptionist didn’t speak English l, but she found someone who did. On check-out, I had to go and find someone to check us out as they were busy with the breakfast service.

Gennerally all, including private parking and good restaurant. Exquisit game meat dinner.

Internet (as allover)

Great location, close to the bus stop, which takes you to Fribourg in few minutes. Big room, well equipped. Restaurant on site, good food, excellent choice of wines. There is a terasse and an outside playground, so you can let you children play while you are having a drink or waiting for the food, and you can see them from your table. Nice staff. Many parking places in front of the hotel, easy to park. If we go to the Fribourg area in the future, we will definitely stay here, as it is a nice place and very practical location.

Cleanliness could be improved. Buffer breakfast could be managed better, it is not very convenient that people have to open the fridge one by one to take things from there.
