Hôtel Inn Design Dijon Quetigny

Friendly staff at the reception. Possibility to park in front of our room. Got the room that we asked for. Possibility to sit outside in front of the hotel.

the air-conditioning was not really working, but it was that night extremely hot, outside and inside.

Great breakfast choice. Compact but comfortable rooms. Quiet location but access to everything you need. Friendly, helpful staff.

No complaints.

This is a comfortable overnight stop. It says bar/lounge but they only keep a few beers in a fridge, nothing more elaborate. Rooms are on the small side but it was very good value and so if you want a clean overnight stop, albeit a bit tired, very good value for money and a very pleasant breakfast then this is for you. The receptionist who was the only one on site was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and had good variety.

We stayed only for one night, we were happy to get 3 bed room for our travel with one child.

Very comfortable hotel on the way to south or mountains. Very friendly personal. good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money

Fantastic, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Hotter shower would be good.

Good location

No one on reception , had to wait 8 / 9 minutes for someone to turn up. I’d rung the call button several times only to be told that babies were asleep !! Very rude woman. I booked a hotel not a crèche !!!!

Convenient for a stop over

Breakfast was not that great - food not quickly replenished at the breakfast rush hour so we had no eggs

Nice welcome from Jérôme on the reception, good breakfast, great location. Much nicer than the soul-less big-chain hotels

Bathroom a little tired in appearance but all working, nothing to complain about!

Clean easy to find and close to places to eat and the tram into Dijon. Better than many stop overs ( where you have to mess about with PIN numbers that often don’t work to enter the car park or your room) on the way to the south or alps

Very convenient excellent breakfast and staff were great accommodating our late arrival. Third stay here never disappoints

Bad

They did not leave the key out for us so we could not stay at this hotel we had to find another one at more expense so not happy with hotel or booking.com

Closeness to shopping Centre and golf course

Bathtub quite slippery and thin pillows.

Was close to the highway and restaurants

The room was extremely small and there was no air. Pillows were flat. Only 1 chair. Toilet did not flush properly.

Warm welcomeGood parkingComfortable beds

No hot water at all on Sunday night, we ran taps as advised for several minutes No hot water

Location and price. Ease of check in when we messaged to say we would be late. Very helpful staff.

Tired looking, dirty carpets, in need of refurbishment.

We had stayed here in 2020 and found it adequate and its nearness to the Flunch restaurent good. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. The beds were clean and comfortable. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and very kindly spoke to us in English as did the young man at reception the next morning. Sadly your staff are let down by the hotel chain they work for.

The room needs updating the carpets in the room and corridors were badly stained. Especially the bathrooms old and tired need modernising, the room heaters/air conditioning units old and dusty. Window restrictors on ground floor rooms would help with ventilation and also mosquito blinds too.

Located near the motorway and large Carrefour.

Grubby small rooms, poor bathroom with a shower in the bath. Paper thin walls so quite noisy.
