Kyriad Dijon Est - Mirande

First room was very small and air con wasn't working, we were upgraded to triple room which was much better and had working air con., pool was not open at the time of our visit. Food was good although they do not serve evening meals on Sunday. Staff were friendly and helpful even providing plates and cutlery for the picnic we had bought for our Sunday evening meal. Located near a tram stop which made getting into Dijon easy.

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. His warm professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness elevated our entire experience, a true gem in customer service!The hotel itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly quiet, which made for a truly restful stay. Our room was pristine with a super comfortable bed, and everything felt fresh and modern.The breakfast was another highlight, absolutely delicious with a great variety, honestly one of the best we’ve had at any hotel.The facilities were just as impressive:The pool was gorgeous and relaxing,The sauna was the cherry on top,And the gym was well-equipped and clean.Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Tristan's exceptional service really stood out and made a lasting impression.We will absolutely be returning every time we come to Dijon. There is secure parking on site

The beds were very hard and it's very noisy in the apartment. The restaurant in the morning was not alot of options to eat

The front of house staff were exceptionally helpful.The rooms although a little dated are clean, the bedding clean and fresh, the ensuite ideal. I like to usually use the sauna and gym but on this occasion I did not.

The air con in our rooms was a little hit and miss, but on the whole a good overnight stay

Location not that great for amenities. Had a problem with the bathroom fluorescent tube light constantly flickering. They tried to fix it but could not fix it because didn’t not have spare parts! Offered another room but was very dark and small so refused that option! They should have taken the fitting from an unoccupied room but didn’t!!

Bonus for a Sunday night was that the restaurant was open when we arrived. Good food, very good service.

Last minute booking ( ie an hour before.) Friendly reception, had noted our request for dinner. The meal was very good, healthy, good choice, good portions served well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean and really good shower.

The location was very convenient by motorways and yet the room very quiet. The restaurant food was delicious

I arrived with a knee injury, the staff noticed, changed our rooms to be more accessible and were very thoughtful throughout our stay.

The room cleaner came to our room at 9 am and when I told it to the woman at the reception she did not even tried to be interested as this was a normal situation

Great location for a stopover, very nice staff (and all spoke perfect English!), dog friendly, ample secure parking

Rooms are quite outdated and need better cleaning (hairs on the bedsheets, a lot of dust around vents and AC, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom), AC couldn’t be fully switched off

We booked late and arrived late. But that was no problem. Swift and good contact with reception. English speaking which was nice and client friendly.

Price too high for this level of hotel.

Kyriad Dijon Est Mirande is perfectly located for the visit of Dijon. It is outside the city, but the city centre is easily accessible with a tram; two stops are nearby the hotel. It is also close to highway, which comes in handy should you travel by car. Breakfast is definitely worth the price and, except coffee, I can recommend it.

The rooms are clean, but ageing of the equipment is traceable, particularly in the bathrooms.

Well located as we were driving from Italy back to the uk and wanted somewhere with a restaurant near the Autoroute. The room was fine - good bed and the memory-foam pillow was great. We had a really nice meal in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and efficient

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had a reasonable expectation to eat in the hotel restaurant.We were advised "the restaurant is never open on a Sunday"This is not obvious on booking.com and was disapointing as we had been travelling for 12 hours and had no plans to drive further looking for a meal
