we arrived at approximately 5PM on the date of our reservation, I was told that the reservation was cancelled by me on august 30th!!!! I did not cancel, she said that she did not know who to believe & sent me to an inferior hotel! Call me

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. Comfortable room.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location across the train station. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Low shower water pressure. Only one device could connect to the WiFi, speed was bad.Small elevator.

Hotel and room were very comfortable. Cristoff at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

5 stars – Outstanding Service and HospitalityWe had a wonderful stay at Best Western Dijon! The highlight was the incredible service from the front desk—especially one staff member who went above and beyond. He warmly welcomed us, shared the fascinating history of Dijon, and gave us excellent recommendations for activities and dinner. Thanks to his local insights, we enjoyed some hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but the outstanding hospitality truly made our experience special. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Dijon!

It's just 5 minutes away from the train station.

Perhaps because it's just 5 minutes away from the train and tram stations, I feel a little tremor while I was on the bed. Also, there is currently some restoration of the façade going on, so noise was loud from 8 am till 6 pm. They do provide ear plugs, but why if one has other options.Also, a staff was very blunt with us as we were early (11 am instead of 3 pm) Instead of kindly explaining that the room wasn't ready, which I understand, he just took our luggage and said come back at 3 pm. It is a male with white hair and glasses. Also, perhaps because my room was facing the side where it is renovating, my Wifi was also bad. Only my bathroom and near the door has Wifi. My stay was not as pleasant and I would probably find something else next time..

Convenient location right near the train station. Good value that included a decent breakfast with attentive staff.

Our room was very small but we didn’t pay for a larger room.

Was being renovated - exterior scaffolding but not a problem for us - can’t wait to see it completed!!!

we did not stay at this hotel they were having renovations and a room was not available however i paid for the night in advance and as of today May 12, i have not received a refund....

Only steps from train station., great location to walk to center of the Dijon, can store luggage before heading to next location

Some construction going on thru June so some noise during the day. Our room had scaffolding in front of it so did not feels safe to keep the window open for some fresh air.

Location and staff were fantastic.

No AC. Dirty shower, malfunctioning facet, stained carpets in the hallways

Parking situation wasnt easy. Very expensive for very simple rooms.

Old, dirty and substandard

The hotel is old and unkept. The room was dirty with body hair in the bathroom, dust in the bedroom, stains on the carpet. The bathroom was old and moldy. From time to time the whole room would vibrate, probably because of the tramway nearby. In addition the staff is too busy attending to personal matters on the phone you will have to wait ... The only positive point is the convenience of the location, but there are lots of other hotels nearby so better book one of them.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was very practical, close to the train station and to the center of town. The room was modern, comfortable, very clean.

The tramways outside could be heard until all hours of the night, and the breakfast was a bit expensive considering the dining room and the quality of the buffet.

conveniently located in town next to train station which had parking. nice building, nice room with 2 large comfortable king size beds. discount on parking in the train station. Staff recommended an excellent brasserie a 5 minute walk away.

Very nice lady at the reception - full of joy and eager to help.

The room was not clean - dirty fridge, dirty bathroom, torn duvet covers, electric wiring hanging out of the socket (slightly dangerous as we had a two year old daughter with us!). Breakfast was very modest, most of the things ran out and were not replenished.

night staff the man working there is very rude , I asking question about bill charging he tel me go to your room . two time , this guy I think don't belong to receptions ,he create problem it may be not happen , make me misunderstand about the charges . I hope the boss should talk to him be more polite thank & best regards Xuân Lê
