B&B HOTEL Dijon Nord Zénith

The hotel was in a good location for us as we just wanted a stopping off point whilst travelling through France to the UK. Breakfast was reasonable, The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was clean, .There were no facilities but there was a nice restaurant across the road,

Having stayed in a nice B&B hotel outside Lyon, this one was disappointing, The room was smaller, more expensive and a liitle shabby, The shower was tiny, The WiFi didn't work and there were no staff on duty after about 8pm to ask about it. Only one towel per person (no hand towelsa) was provided so it was difficult to dry my hair after showering,

Good value

This is our 4th stay and things seem to have deteriorated since our last stay. Staff not so friendly, public areas need a clean , broken toilet seat and a problem with plumbing that meant a trickle of water in basin

The cleanliness was ok and the staff friendly.

The facility (rooms, bathrooms) is old and does not make you feel comfortable like competitors do for a very similar price. The breakfast again, very simple compared to competitors.

Perfect as a one nighter in transit on way to Italy..we have an EV and can charge overnight at the hotel. Breakfast is good value given it also offers scrambled egg and bacon

The getting in and out of the hotel...our 3rd stay and each time a problem …needs updating

Not a lotto be honest

Good location on the edge of Dijon, good parking.

Breakfast, jeez, it was awful. The scrambled egg looked lovely but it was soggy and tasteless. The bacon was edible.

The room was big enough with a comfy large double bed. Everything was clean and working properly. We had a great breakfast. The hotel is perfectly situated near a manor road but quite too. I will definitely use this chain again.

Not as much choice as expected, maybe because not refilled.

Better lightning in bedroom, wifi connection, bed comfort.

Located next to the main motorway to Calais. Clean, inviting a friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant and the food was exceptional.

Have stayed at B&B Hotels before, it was clean, comfortable & very close to motorway as we were traveling to Italy. It was over night stay & exactly opposite was a restaurant which serve non residents & good food!

Unfortunately the air conditioning had broken & it was very hot but the Hotel loaned us a fan for the night which was very helpful.

Clean and functional. Staff good. Smooth check in

Air con not working. Absolutely sweltering. We had to keep going to the car to cool down

The reception does not speak English, the rooms very dark and not clean, tight rooms

Clean room, bedding and shower, good choice for buffet breakfast, and attentive breakfast team replenishing the buffet.

Difficulties in checking in not being given the correct entry key, and the lack of 24/7 phone support to provide guidance to access the hotel when reception staff have gone home.

Great value for money for a quick overnight stop. 15 minute drive from city centre.

Basic facilities were unavailable in room. No kettle, No coffee. Room were stinky and very tiny. Bed were not at all comfortable. There were sound which getting in every 30 mins, entire night it was troubling a lot.

Location great for Autoroute stop No restaurant for evening food but there is one within easy walking distance.

When i asked the breakfast man to replenish the orange juce he proceeded to fill it with apple juice. No big deal but sloppy.
