Cons -
- Bit pricey maybe?
- Didn't realise there was an additional payment of 10 euros for parking until after booking.
- Bathroom could have been a bit bigger and spruced up a bit and parking should be a bit cheaper. However it was well secured.

The breakfast was really nice, a good choice of items. Room was not very big but comfy. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

The location of this hotel is great if you are driving through. The tram is just outside, taking you to the centre of Dijon in 10 minutes. You will need to reserve a space in their secure car park in advance, and at the time of writing it was €10 per day. The car park is on Rue Hugues III. My room was comfortable and clean, and I don't recall hearing a lot of outside noise, despite the hotel being on a main road. The breakfast was lovely and varied. The staff were very friendly.
Only that the carpets in the room were a bit tired and could do with replacement.
The parking was the only good thing
Staff were not overly friendly, the carpet was very stained which made the rest of the room feel really dirty
Normal hotel with clean room and helpful staff. Supermarket nearby. 15 min walk from dijon center. Parking place. Fast internet conection.
The hotel doesn't respond to my parking request when booking. Then it turns out there are no spaces available. I finally got a space, but without it, parking is difficult in the area.
Secure motorcycle parking. Our second stay, touring France, and on way back from the Alps.
Being charged to park motorcycle
We have stayed here twice on our trip to the Alps and back. Staff were helpful. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Shower room good with plenty of shelf space. Private parking available. Tram stop outside hotel and easy to get into city centre.
It severed a purpose
I was told when booking that there was going to be parking when I arrived I was told that no parking was available in a very off the cuff manner not cool
Receptionist found us a free parking space out front as all the spaces in the hotel were full
The front steps of the hotel are very dirty and give a bad impression of the hotel. Inside is much cleaner
The staff is very friendly.
The floor covering in the room was very dirty. The toilet lid was loose in the bathroom for the disabled. The breakfast selection was very poor, so we ate in town.
Staff were very good. There was no parking available in hotel car park but we were able to park in front of hotel. Room and bathroom was a good size.
The best thing about this hotel was that it was near a Mercure Hotel that we could walk to for a fabulous dinner. I only wish we had booked there instead.
Where do I start. It was really difficult to get into the car park as the staff were not answering the buzzer so my sister had to get out of the car and go into the hotel to get them to open the gate. This was repeated on exit, even though we had just checked out so they knew we were in the carpark, about to leave. When we came back from dinner at the nearby hotel, we went to the bar to order a drink and the staff were so ill informed about what drinks they could actually provide that we gave up and went to bed. The room itself was ok but on the day we were leaving, I tripped on the very, very high carpet strip leading from the bedroom to the communal hallway, fell into the opposite wall and injured my back. Overall, we had a very poor experience at this hotel and, as a result, will not consider this chain in the future.
We stayed there for one night on our way back from holidays. Location and staffs were perfect. City center is easy to reach by tram.
Pleasant staff, clean comfortable room. Great location for tram - right outside hotel
Room small and basic. Listening to tram right outside hotel.
Easy to find a free of charge parking spot close to the hotel. Quick and easy check in and out. Acceptable price and still in walking distance to old town. Public transport next to hotel.
Coffee machine was not working for breakfast, therefore coffee from thermos flaks was offered. Scrambled eggs and ham were cold and based on cheap industrial product. The door locks in one of our room did not work and it took several minutes until the shower became warm/hot. It was difficult to block the green flashing neon lights on the outside from our room.
Good value, clean room on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Dijon. Parking on site.
Parking was easy
Avoid if you are English on arrival at 14:30 (check in should be 14:00) told our room wasn’t ready so we waited. When the room was allocated and we had unpacked the air conditioning didn’t work (28 degrees) we called reception and was told we would need to be moved. When the receptionist moved us he knew at check in the air con didn’t work and hoped we would get on with it for one night. They would not have done to another nationality.
The shower was great, good location with parking. Breakfast was also good.
The carpet in the room was awfully stained
