The building in the historic area, beautiful view and large room. Friendly staff! It was a very warm and a beautiful building. Very clean and charmingly decorated. We also got a great recommendation for delicious restaurant which was a great price. We definitely recommend this hotel! It’s great and deserves a 10!

They do tell you about the stairs, we really enjoyed the staircase and thought it was beautiful and easy enough to climb but if you have mobility issues you should contact and get a room on lower floor.

Property location is amazing- very close to everything… it was clean, I was cold first night and had to ask how to open the heaters… but they worked… I just didn’t know how they worked! It’s a nice place!

I liked everything- I didn’t spend a lot of time there! Staff at night was a bit cranky. But otherwise staff was lovely and helpful!

Great location in a quiet street next to the heart of old Dijon. Room 300, under the roof is a pearl if you're not afraid of climbing steep stairs.

It was an awesome stay! I really liked the room on the group floor which the hotel provided to me. It was spacious and super cozy, with a fridge, sink and other facilities. I was amazed by it. It was also very clean! The bathroom was fantasic, the bed was very good, I slept very well. And the location is just perfect. Highly recommended!

This was a quick stopover on a journey from Italy to UK. Good location and very friendly welcome.

The room was clean but located right on the stair turn and it felt like anyone on the stairs was coming into the room. Similarly, when the person in the neighbouring room used the bathroom I thought they were next to me!!

I sent a message upon booking that I wanted a ground floor room because I am in my late 60s and I had a heavy suitcase and I knew there was no lift.I received a message back which confirmed that I would get a ground floor room.Upon check-in I was advised that a ground floor room was not available, apparently because some other group booking had come up - that was the explanation.The stairs up to my room were quite precarious - fortunately they took my suitcase up to my room - but it was still a bit difficult negotiating the stairs.I think if you ask for a ground floor and it is confirmed - then you should be assured of that booking.
