    Pros +

    • This was a terrific hotel with lovely staff - our one BIG problem was that the air conditioning was not working in our room with overnight temps of 30+ degrees- this resulted in a very uncomfortable couple of nights for both of us–
    • Clean and quiet
    • Location is perfect, close to the train station and plenty of choice for dining out. I could go to the gym, it’s a basic gym but at least it’s available

    Cons -

    • I did not like that we had no air conditioning in the middle of a hot summer!!
    • Bar was closed
    • The room was clean thanks to the housekeeping staff, but it seems the hotel chain does not really care about timely maintenance: everything is old, there is mold in the bathroom, the shower rail is broken, and the sink is clogged. The room itself is extremely small. For €88, this is not acceptable.

Good location walking distance to tourist attractions, parking provided, very friendly staff, convenient and clean parking garage.

It's been the best hotel I've been in Dijon so far out of over 5 hotels I've visited. It's a modern hotel

    8CarlPosted on: 11-3-2025

The room was comfortable and fairly spacious for a single room. The breakfast buffet was good value, but I paid for it in the morning and it was significantly cheaper than if I had paid for it at the time of booking. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa. The hotel was overall much nicer than I had expected.

The room was too hot, but I was abler to open a window and let some cool, fresh air in.

Easy walk and Close to city. Secure parking, (but a tight squeeze to gain access & need to book)

Very small room, and shower floor very slippery due to plastic and tiles.

SPA zone offers variety of options. It was well equipped and not overcrowded.

The hotel is posted as "with the parking". I got a message a few hours before check in when I was on my way already, that parking is an extra option for 15 euro and requires prior reservation. When I came there, service informed me that there are no places for my car because everything is occupied by managers who came for some event. If they are more important than guests then well..maybe is time to change a business model. Finally I had to park in the city garage and wasted a lot of time as the public garage nearby was closed as well.

    Location and friendly/helpful staff

Access card continually required reformatting and small daily supply of coffee, tea and milk provided in the Room.

    6NicPosted on: 9-30-2025

Nice staff (the woman on duty in the morning)

no mini fridge in the room. The bar (reception area) the beers choice is less. The breakfast buffet too much breads but less hot dishes and fresh fruits not enough.

    9CatherinePosted on: 9-17-2025

very close to the train station and the city centre, very comfortable bed, breakfast is really good - very good value for money

I was surprised by how small the room was. It was still ok for one person but would be very tight for 2 people and their luggage (it was a twin room, so with two single beds).

    6RodolfoPosted on: 9-16-2025

    Pleasant

Gym is way too limited and has no weights. Breakfast without eggs cannot be considered continental. Shower will always leak water into the bathroom even if you fully close the shower door.

    8MichelePosted on: 9-6-2025

Close to the town, friendly staff, and available parking

    Rooms compact.

    5JanaPosted on: 9-6-2025

    It was ok

Hotel was ok, but there is no parking. We needed to park at train station and walk with lugages for 10 minutes, it wouldn’t be issue but we continued to travel for 10 days, so we were quite packed. Additionally, the pool was out of order and breakfast were poor

    8MalcolmPosted on: 9-4-2025

friendly helpful staff. clean good facilities, safe parking for our motorcycles, well located only short walk from town centre. reasonable price, good breakfast, use of spa

    pool was out of action.

    7AdrianaPosted on: 8-23-2025

The hotel was never to the station, and close to the center of the city

The room was very small, the car park was very small

    7PatriciaPosted on: 8-16-2025

They gave me free breakfast to compensate for the lack of AC. (They were also offering a refund, but I did not accept it because looking for another hotel was going to be a waste of time). The breakfast was good. The location was excellent, next to the train station, quiet and walkinh distance to the center. They had very nice gummies at the reception desk.

I had bad luck. There was no air conditioning or fans. They should have fans in case the AC breaks again, because it was incredibly hot, I was unable to rest because of that. And the swimming pool was empty.

    8RoseannaPosted on: 8-16-2025

It was great to have access to the spa (the pool is being repaired) in this hotel which is right next to the train station, and very reasonably priced. I could store my luggage here too after checkout. The rooms are comfy and have tea/coffee making facilities. All the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. When I was passing through the following week the kind staff let me use the wifi and charge my phone.

Slightly outdated but clean roomVery fast check-in and kind receptionists50% discount for an external parking garageClose to the historic city centre (7-minute walk)

The room for three people was extremely small (less floor space than in an Ibis Budget), to the point that it was impossible to fully open the bathroom door.No A/C – only very noisy ventilation. The windows could be opened, but only a few centimetres, and the close proximity to the station made it very noisy. This might not be a problem unless the temperature outside is around 30°C.No space to stop in front of the hotel, and if the hotel’s parking is full, the railway station parking is 400 m away.
