Room was very nice. The wellness area is a treat. The pool is great. Service was friendly

Parking is complicated in the hotel garage. Breakfast was so so (terrible scrambled eggs from a mix).

Room was excellent as was breakfast. Didn’t use the pool. Staff was terrific, very helpful.

Parking garage is problematic but I don’t see a solution given the location of the property.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was nice and appreciated. Good location and helpful staff.

No food available (no kitchen), didn't feel safe walking around the neighbourhood at night, pool was cold and couldn't fit in the car park as it had a very low height restriction (1.9m) which we wasn't aware of so had to park 15 minutes walk away and pay for this.

The location is perfect, very close to city center, shops, restaurants. Bed very comfortable, very good cleaning, very nice decorated , and most important: sfaff absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the upgrade !

The jacuzzi and the swimming pool water temperature far too cold. there were several guests who complained about the same issue at the wellness area. It is a pitty, we really chose this hotel for the spa and location.Parking 16euros/night a bit expensive taking in consideration we have to use an entrance in another building, but again is just a personal remark. We had a very good stay overall.

The room we have is comfortable and quiet. There is an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Good to chill there after exploring Dijon. Breakfast is good. Parking is convenient and near to this hotel.

The toilet in the room is separated and away from the bathroom.

Lovely staff and a great location being near the train station and 15 minutes walk from Old city centre.The bar and public areas are very well appointed. Pool and sauna are good.

The room was a little disappointing as it was considerably smaller than the photos of same type of room that appear on website and on Booking.com It was good to be at the back of the Hotel overlooking the pleasant courtyard - so peaceful.

The hotel is cosy, tidy and well maintained. The pool is a nice treat. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is good, walking distance from the city center.

The pool area could have a few more beds. The rooms could have more storage. Access from the garage is a bit cumbersome, but it is inevitable given its location.

This was fabulous! Lovely room, great welcome, safe parking.Breakfast was good too, They even found me some gluten free bits to eat which was a relief.

The rooms were spacious for a city hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, immediately demonstrating good service by helping us store items in the downstairs fridge when we realized our room did not have one. We also appreciated the hotel’s security, noting that the front door is kept locked to restrict unauthorized street access. Locationally, the hotel is convenient for sightseeing, providing easy access to the historic center, and we enjoyed the nice botanical gardens situated just across the street under the train tracks.

The primary negative aspect of our stay was the parking experience. The garage itself is incredibly narrow and challenging to navigate, and the individual parking spots were exceptionally tight, requiring extreme caution to avoid damage. When we first arrived, we were briefly trapped by a locked gate (part of an adjacent commercial lobby), as we hadn't yet been issued the keycard required to exit. This incident, combined with the lack of clear signage or directions for new guests, was stressful. The garage felt neglected; it was not very clean and the elevators were a bit janky with missing floor pieces. Beyond the parking, while the location is a short walk to the historic center, the immediate road and surrounding area felt transitional and notably unpolished, giving a less secure impression compared to the beautiful central quarter, making us feel we would choose to stay closer to the pedestrianized center on a return visit. Finally, while the rooms were spacious, the floors could have been in better condition, and we missed having an in-room mini-fridge and a kettle as an alternative to the Nespresso machine. For a four-star property, the provision of paper cups in the bathroom instead of real glassware felt like a noticeable and disappointing cost-cutting measure. A final unusual detail: the toilet is in a small, separate room on the other side of the room from the bathroom, meaning the sink for hand-washing is not immediately accessible.
