The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Location was perfect for our overnight stay- restaurants in the shopping center were open late

It's a good accommodation where I got all I need for a good night sleep: private parking, clean quiet room, thick curtains, good bed.

I was actually going to rate it 9 when I remembered that to get a WiFi access I was required to install or register into some app. O_o. This was "meeh" even in 2015, but in 2025 this only provokes the same attitude as you get by locking toilet paper rolls behind a paywall. Not a smart move from some not smart manager, really.Breakfast was nice, however, I wasn't impressed by my supper in the restaurant. It was OK, just could be much tastier given the components used. Especially considering that this is France, where people typically know a thing or two in making tasty food.Also a note about location: if you're looking at the part nearby the hotel on the map and thinking about walking your dog there, be aware, that it's closed from early evening till late morning.

the staff the way they treat clients at first when I got there , they told me the check in was at 3PM ok I have no problem with that , so I was waiting seating inside the hall , another men came after me he waited jut a little bit , and they gave him a room before me while he was sitting next to me , I had to go to them and ask them if my room was ready , to get the key , this is not serious at all

The spa didn't have the Hammam working properly. It wasn't too hot.And there were no more available towels there.Also the rooms cards to enter gets frequently de-magnetized. We had to replace our card 3 times!

the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when our car broke down, thanks to their help we managed to leave with a fixed car. thanks a lot!

All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable especially the barman. Great location with a tram stop right outside. Dijon is a beautiful city and this made getting in and out so easy. Secure parking on site was also a bonus.

Breakfast was predominantly cold. It needs to be heated more. Food in the restaurant at diner was sadly also poor and lukewarm at best. Finally, next visit, if I want a disabled room I will ask for it.

Friendly welcome by an English speaking member of staff.Comfortable bar area.Room was clean with a comfortable bed.

The bar prices were expensive.The set menu was pricey and left us hungry.Beware of the uncooked prawns! Pool view was a joke. Photo Inc. 6th floor.Sink overflow was very dirty. Shower floor was well worn.No extra pillows available. Had to ask.One complementary bottle of water between two people.Breakfast orange juice machine not suited to the slim glasses.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. We received connected room so we could be together which was a nice surprise. We arrived late with sleepy children and staff was very on point to make sure all goes smoothly and fast. Couldn’t be more grateful for that! Breakfast was very decent

The location is amazing, particularly if you are passing on route to another destination. The tram stop is right outside to get into the city, there is a shopping centre directly next door, ample secure parking immediately outside the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable enough, good food & a great wine list, all are friendly staff.

Paper cups in a 4star Hotel bedroom? Really? Tea and coffee etc not replenished, the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Convenience, service, breakfast.

Very hard mattress. Both for me and my husband and he normally likes a firm mattress but this was too hard.

Overpriced and noisy.

Totally overpriced and probably one of the worst mid-way hotels we've stayed at in all our travels. Room had a whole in the ceiling. Airco made a loud noise all night and we couldn't sleep. The next morning, with a long drive ahead, we were unrested and frustrated - which contrary to the point of stopping for an overnight stay. Staff at reception were less than concerned - zero care. Never again.

The bed for children did not have a winter duvet, but a thin (and old) fleece blanket which was not warm enough! No extra blankets or duvets in the wardrobe. No hooks to hang coats or cloths, just the hangers in the wardrobe. And 50 euro guarantee per adult person blocked for a few days to cover unpaid bills in the hotel's restaurant, which we didn't even visit.
