The front desk staff are awesome. The hotel is on a University campus and in a quiet area but near a tram stop and 10 minutes from downtown. The rooms are spacious and modern.

Parking can be hard to find.

Comfortable apartment. No noises, beautiful view, everything was fine with kitchen and bathroom. We liked it.

Situated on the university campus there is a friendly yet professional vibe. Great as a stopover, with automated checkin via key boy after hours. Rooms were good with comfy beds.

Some noise from adjacent rooms in the early hours. Car park is a short walk from the hotel and somewhat unkempt. Breakfast was poor, not nearly worth the £8

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good walking area for our dog. Once you have booked, follow the address provided by the hotel for parking access as it's not the same as the hotel's address.

Location and Parking was Perfect .staffs is not friendly at all.breakfast nothing better buy at the next door wash table to small can’t even brush my teeth. People on the corridor very noisy My request window view to the mountains they give me viewing to the station .The first and the last stay .

It’s convenient for an overnight stop and also dog friendly. Lots of space.

The windows block the room when they are open. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped. There was only one fork and one small, burnt saucepan.

Disappointing

Dogs running around in the corridor unattended by their owners, dog smell in the corridor and the elevator. No room cleaning during stay, no change of towels. Breakfast very poor.

Bad

It was like a prison cell. Not suitable or fit fir purpose foe a disabled person. It is not a hotel as advertised.

Off the main road easy to find for an overnight stay after a morning crossing from Calais and travelling south through France.

Enough room, small fridge and enough space for my baby to play.

Did not have airco and it was extremely hot in the room. I have not been so uncomfortable in a while. No fan either. Floors were extremely dirty. Needed to be mopped. I walked barefoot in the room and in 5 minutes under my feet were black.

Quiet location. Excellent tram link into the lovely city. Simple breakfast. Easy access from the autoroute.

Property was clean and functional, smooth checkin

Extremely clean and spacious room with a complete set of kitchen equipment, nice and cozy bed. Very friendly staff! Located conveniently for anything near the university campus and easily accessible from tram station "Erasme". Was very quiet during my stay mid July.

Breakfast was ok, but somewhat limited especially for long-term stays.
