Pros +
- Nice staff. Clean. Parking 15e including ev charging is a plus. Short walk to city center.
- Hotel was super and the room was clean and new.
- Cozy, comfortable room, recently refurbished - good bed. Helpful, friendly staff on reception. Good breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening - it's not for everyday dining, but for a special evening it was outstanding. Perfect cooking, careful. attentive, unobtrusive service, serious wine list.
Cons -
- The breakfast area was small, to many people in the Coffee corner.
- Car park is a bit cramped, but no more so than many city centre hotels with parking underneath the building. We were lucky to get a space when arriving at 18.30.
- There was no coffee machine for a room that was more than 140€ a night. No snacks in the fridge. Also as I arrived late midday for work, there was no option to eat anything on a Sunday. No coffee milk in the room. The ironing board I requested was too small to iron work clothes. The gyms equipment were a bit average.

The design room was more expensive but better.

great mattresses, medium breakfast.
Quite an old one already, a bit shabby,
Nice hotel, very friendly staff, nice breakfast selection, stayed before, chosen also for the secure underground parking.
Parking although tight was convenient, short walk into city centre, comfortable beds lovely dinner
Very good b'fast / good varietyLocation good 15 mins walk to old town / 25mins walk to main station
Smell of wee wee in toilet Paper cups in room to drink from in a supposed 4 star hotel !!!! COME ON !
Housekeeping is good clean from their side
Noise sound of drilling in levels 1 , 2, and 3. There is much noise , it is not comfortable They should write it clearly before booking , or in your website (booking) If they told me at least before I put my luggage in side room definitely I will not stay in the hotel, also by the way the is no concierge staff , or any body help in carry the luggage My impression is not good, and evaluation for the hotel is bad ,I don't recommend anybody
Clean and spacious. Well situated for the city centre.
Location
This was our third time at this hotel but on this occasion, our stay at Mercure Dijon was far from relaxing. After an exhausting day driving, we got to our room to rest but from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, a dog in a nearby room barked continuously, disrupting the entire floor. We reported the issue to reception twice in person and once on the phone, but no action was taken to resolve the problem. The staff lacked of any type of initiative or problem solving skills to tackle unexpected issues. It was only then we realized that the hotel allows guests to leave their dogs unattended in rooms—a policy that clearly impacts other guests' comfort. If you're planning a stopover for a restful night, I’d advise looking elsewhere. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and improve their response to guest concerns.
Lovely room. Clean and a comfortable bed.
Restaurant.
Parking excellent and underground and secure, easy to find
Parking, Breakfast, Dogs allowed
The condition of the room did not meet my expectations, and I was hoping for a better experience.
Good location . 5 minutes by walk to the old city . Good parking garage . Quiet area to wander around with dog .
Staff location
Ripped off by the non taxi the hotel called for usThe hotel shouldn’t t use such thievesOur return taxi was 8.5 eurosThe non taxi the hotel uses charged us 20 euros for same trip
Clean and comfortable
We were told that car park price was €15 euros it was a surprise when we had to pay city tax on top of this price in future it would be good to be told the full price
safe underground parking good but expensive.Convenient position for one night stay driving through France.
Evening menu was expensive but good quality dishes.
Location is great, easy to get to from the autoroute yet within walking distance to the city centre with lots of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bar/terrace has comfy seating and good service along with a brilliant wine list... we enjoyed a bottle while sat on the terrace. Parking is under the hotel and while the car park is tight we had no issues.
Amazing hotel. Brilliant underground car park. Easy walk into vibrant city. Fabulous breakfast in beautiful surroundings. Garden and pool gorgeous
