Grand Hôtel La Cloche Dijon - MGallery Collection

We had a wonderful stay. From check in till check out we had a very nice stay

Everything was fantastic- super quiet and comfortable room.

Room layout with such a large wardrobe without much storage made it difficult to unpack.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of down town with great winter garden, tasty breakfast and SPA zone. The room wasn’t big, but it was comfortable to stay for two adults and a 12 year-old child. The staff helped us with lost things after check-out and a parcel to Paris.

Breakfast is excellent, rooms are lovely and staff are brilliant

Large room with nice finishes, basement car park was a bonus

Some of the staff in the bar were rude

Central and clean / modern

Lack of casual dining option

Beautiful building, perfect location and great staff

room (facility, view from the window), location, breakfast so good, porter

When I checked out, the taxi was not called in spite of asking in advance

The location is great. The restaurant is top notch!. The size of the room was quite large compared to European standards. The decor of the room was good except for the outdated wall to wall shag rug which made the room look dated. The bed was too lumpy.

Perfect location for 1 day in Dijon, valet parking was a very nice perk, nice room, beautiful hotel. Friendly staff!

Location was good , parking was good , breakfast was ok , beds were comfy

No luxury , Lino on the bedroom floor !! Seriously , no insulation in the roof of the bedroom in the attic that we got , so we could hear the traffic and trams even though we were on the 5th floor , Spa is small and only allows 6 people at a time , so you have to book well in advance and who’s wants to be that regimented on holidays so didn’t bother with it

Location and lobby bar

Room was way too small water from shower and sink spills everywhere. Carpet needs to be replaced w/wood flooring it’s filthy.

Luxurious room, extensive and delicious breakfast, convenient location halfway between the train station and the old town center.

Good locale

Room tired. Musty smell

Did not have breakfastCould not get a table for dinner which I think is not very good as we were staying. I have never experienced a hotel not being able to offer dinner to their guests

The bedroom had nasty curtains .. and cushions to match. More like a Premier Inn than a 5 star hotelThe wood wall around the shower room was dusty and chipped. The bedroom carpet had stains. Just not the kind of 5 star quality really. Bar and breakfast area nice however.

Location and style and the staff was amazing

Breakfast Not good at all

The friendliness of the staff, especially the receptionists. They booked a restaurant for us at the last minute and helped charge our electric car even though we arrived late and had to leave the next day.

we did not stay long enough to be able to answer this question

Our room was very pleasant with a charming view overlooking your garden. Our drink in the bar before dinner was perfect with very thoughtful service and attractive staffBreakfast was fine with good service. The team at the reception desk were superb and extremely helpful as were the staff who met our car and and helped my wife when we left.

I was disappointed with my dinner as I did not choose well and I was surprised that the choice of dishes was so limited.
