ibis Styles Dijon Central

The location of the Ibis Styles is excellent. Right in the middle of Dijon and easy walking everywhere. Also on the Free Electrique Bus Route. The attached Bustro is excellent and with pleasant staff.

The room sizes are quite small.

The hotel is in great location, direct center of the city. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The breakfast was very good as well. There is also a parking almost under the hotel.

We were there at December and the room was a bit cold. We tried every setting on the AC control but nothing helps. the room was cold

Value for money and in the centre of Dijon. Breakfast had a nice choice (if you like croissants!), parking was easy (directly across the street). Had a nice drink in the bar area but didn't use the restaurant other than for breakfast. Excellent shower!

Decor is very dark and a bit 60's/70's. It's in a very bright area - with lots of lights from neighbouring hotels on, all through the nice - so take an eye mask. Room was very small but only there for one night, so not so important.

The staff was amazing: pleasant from the arrival to departure. The restaurant was good and staff there was great. Same for breakfast with a large choice at the buffet. The room was OK, clean as well as the bathroom.

The hallway and the room had a persistent and unpleasant smell. Bed was comfy but there were noises during the night like banging and squeaking. It didn't seem like it was coming from guests but from some location in the hotel.

The hotel had no service.The bar and restaurant were closed .This was the only reason I booked this hotel otherwise I would have booked air BnB

Very central and there is parking available. The breakfast has a great selection. They also gave us free late checkout which was super nice.

The bathroom is very small so I am not sure it would be a good option if you stay many days in Dijon.

Great Hotel located in the city centre. Friendly staff. Clean and pleasant rooms. Breakfast varied and plenty full.

Due to the being in the centre of the town parking can be a problem. There is an underground car park adjacent to the Hotel but poorly signed. A ticket for the Hotel can be obtained from reception for €10 for a 24-hour period. However, you have to find somewhere to park prior to getting this ticket. Not easy. You could always get the parking ticket for the car park from the machine situated at the entrance to the car park and pay the going rate. Maybe the Hotel could provide a little detailed map of the carpark on their website. Be aware that a few of the surrounding streets are bollard controlled access only so trying to turn around if you get lost can be a problem.

The hotel is in a great central location, easy walking from the train station and to anywhere within old town. Breakfast is simple but still with plenty of choices and everything is very good quality. There is free sparkling/still water in the lobby. It was a comfortable stay for 3 nights and everything I've come to expect from Ibis Styles.

Ridiculous hairdryer attached to the wall which didn’t work and injured my thumbs while trying to use it. I took a picture to share as I was incredulous this would be allowed. I went to the reception to ask for a working hair dryer and they gave me a VERY dangerous broken model. Very rude front desk employees. Evidently they don’t like foreigners who don’t speak French at a high enough level. They were extremely pleasant and courteous to anyone speaking French, on the contrary to English speakers. You can do better, Hotel Central.

The photos didn’t match the room, but in the end I was ok with it.

the breakfast was good, the bed comfortable, the staff very nice.

The parking garage was closed so I needed to circle for a long time to find another parking alternative, despite a previous confirmation that the parking would be available. The shower had mold growing in it, which aI interpret as a sign of not enough time given to staff to clean the rooms properly.
