    Pros +

    • Very good location, comfortable room in a historical building, easy access.
    • it was for one night while passing through, so a bed for the night, not much more than that
    • The room we stayed in was massive and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful with us getting to our room and using the front door code. The market and lots of great local restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was simple, but that suited us just fine.

    Cons -

    • Extremely difficult to find a place to park a car. Between 19.00 and 9.00 is free time, but no spot at all. Daytime limit 2 hours. Long-term parking is located far away.
    • the room was not actually in the hotel but a few doors down, it was shabby, the bathroom was basic, no facilities, wifi was terrible if not non existent, staff were friendly but as we weren't in the hotel we didn't really see them. its more a hostel than a hotel. Saying all that the location was fantastic, so I suppose that's why they charge double what they should be charging
    • We found it a bit difficult to find a parking spot in the nearby parking area, but we eventually found something and were able to pay for a spot.

Location, spacious room, nice beds, convenient check-in and check out.

Our room was quite smelly from the damp and humidity. Not my mum's though. Just ours.

This hotel is a real historical building in the heart of the historical center of the city. I stayed in a wonderfully decorated, spacious room on the ground floor. This room was almost the size of a small apartment . The owner and the staff are wonderful people, they helped me with everything. I felt completely at home here. Merci beaucoup, à bientôt !

Close to a few attractions but not many

Very old. Carpet worn, lights on each floor needed to be turned on manually, most of the receptionists did not speak any English, showe drain backed up, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night requiring evacuation with NO asstance! Streets outside dirty and full of trash. Would not recommend.

Comfortable room. Close to city centre.

Advertised they had a tour desk. They didn't.

    The building and the area

In this beautiful building a couple of rooms are not suited for living. Unfortunately what you’re booking through booking.com is one of these groundfloor rooms facing the court and with a discrete smelt of sewer.

Good location and good enough room for the priceFront reception was friendly and helpful and told us where to park our car

Wifi didn't work. Parking, there is no parking. And it will take u a good half an hour to park.On the wifiWorst of all the stubborn service receptionist showing how the wifi works on his phone. After showing my 3 devices not connecting, and telling that u cannot connect an infinite amount of devices to a single router without limiting the access to additional devices...there is a limited amount of IP U Can connect. Not rocket science. After all this,I asked for a late check out of 1h, arshly answered "No".I pass next time.Good luck for ur future.Some.pictures of the room here u tell u all.

Central location. Good breakfast. Able to log in to Netflix and some rooms have a dvd player.

After settling in we realised there was less than half a roll of toilet paper for two in one room. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. Only one pillow per person which was far too small for a human head. If parking any day other than Saturday night or Sunday, could cost a fortune or a bit of a walk with all of your baggage.

The matras was good and firm, slept very well. I loved the bath.

It was groundfloor, wich is fine. But I would have preferred 1st floor or higher

    location was great

it was quite warm and the ventilation was poor

Epic location. It served a purpose - we just needed a bed for the night and left early in the morning. Basic and functional - but a good price.

    9LorrainePosted on: 8-4-2024

Excellent location. Very clean and functional.

It was hot so had window over courtyard open but was a bit smelly as people were smoking.

    5ScottPosted on: 7-29-2024

Looks pretty rough on the outside and not much better on the inside. The room was accessed via a quaint but generally rough looking courtyard and up some rickety and slightly generous stairs. From was a loft conversion. Very clean but totally basic. No facilities. It had a kettle on the floor but no tea or coffee. Beds were comfortable but room was more like a hostel.

Lack of any basic stuff like tea or coffee.Looked really rough on the outside.

Location was perfect and great to find a family room

The beds were not that comfy

The hotel owner behaved in an ugly way And when we asked him if there was an air conditioner since it was a particularly hot day, he said that he had canceled the reservation and we were not welcome at his place Very disappointing We had to look for another hotel for a few days and since we arrived in the evening the search was not easy and we had to stay in a twice as expensive hotel I recommend not going to it at all An angry and grumpy landlord
