Our family had an nice stay at VITS Shalimar. The room was little spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The highlight was dining at the hotel's poolside restaurant - had a nice breakfast ! Kids enjoyed the pool - well managed - neat and clean! The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend for families looking for a memorable stay with delicious dining options!
Slightly pricy for the region!
The location, friendly staff, food was good in the restaurant.
The rooms were pretty small and cleanliness wise were just okay. The service was quite slow at the restaurant
Breakfast Menu was good with South Indian, Bakery, Sprouts, North Indian and Cereals. Google location was a bit tricky !!!
Nothing as such
Excellent Amenities, ambience and food
Room was OK
Bad smell No WiFi Dusty room
The restaurant's room, property, pool, and food were excellent. The check-in and check-out were also very smooth. We pre-ordered dinner with the hotel as we were arriving late, and they were kind enough to prepare and serve hot and excellent upon arrival. It was very nice of them. It is one of the scarce places in Ankleshwar where you'll find non-veg food. We wish to stay here again.
We arrived at the property very late at night, at around midnight. We were driving on our own from Ahmedabad airport with a Zoomcar. The lights at the main gate were turned off, and we missed the entrance despite being on the main road. The management should look into this matter. They could have kept one or two lights on as they had the information that the guest would be checking in around midnight.
