Hotel stay was very comfortable. Food is also excellent.

At place like Ankleshwar, the kind of staff, service, rooms, breakfast spread were really good.

An excellent stay with perfect availability of hotel stay needs. It is located very near from the high so it was very easy for us for our break journey. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very polite. Overall an excellent experience and comfort.

I pay extra money at reception for decorating for my honeymoon and when i reached there they just give my moneyback and say we forgot to decorate

irst time in 40 years of travelling, found my pair of socks and saving razor stolen by the staff. the manager were trying to make the victim , the accused. supporting their staff. socks were stolen from the room and razor from bathroom. shocking

Horrible and Ungygenic

I didn’t like anything about hotel as my room had lots of cockroaches and I had to change my room. new room was also dirty and though group of company hold over 39 hotels in 11 States of India I will never ever stay there again.

Worst Hotel to stay in, would never recommend any one

1. They gave me the wrong room when I opened the room and someone was changing their clothes.2. The other room which they gave the air conditioner was making a lot of noise.3. finally the 3rd room was given 4. I had asked them in the night only to keep the invoice ready which they didn't and wasted my 15min

The breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel is good. Not much today in there

A lot of improvement is needed at the property. The room locks are not functioning. Had booked 2 rooms and A/c in one of the room was not functioning. They could not provide with bottle water when asked said out of stock. The staff was not up to the mark .Also upon booking I received an email from them stating that my booking will not be confirmed if 1 days payment towards the rooms is not done. They had sent their bank details for the same which I did. This is the first time I faced such a situation when booked via booking .com. In spite of making a payment during check out was informed that payment not received and hassled more. Finally when we showed them the msged received for the transfer they accepted. Think the staff is totally clueless and there is no internal co ordination.

Locality

I have stayed more than 20 times at this hotel in the last 8 years due to its accessibility. Service is poor nowadays. Cleaning and facility maintenance is not satisfactory. Poor housekeeping and Drainage issue in the bathroom. Lords Plaza lost its charm. Staffs at the reception and restaurant are least bothered to serve the guests. Staffs at the restaurant hardly come to you to cater the services. I stayed for 3 nights from 21 April to 24 April and it was my second stay in the last 2 months. I am totally disappointed with the facility and services after paying such a high room tariff.

rooms were clean

There is no running hot water at the property. you actually have to call the reception to start hot water. didn’t expect this from a standard property. plus the staff is clueless about allowing guests to use facilities. I had asked to use the Business Center room and no one had a clue if I should use it.

Nothing appreciable at Lords Plaza. It is simply waste of money if you are staying at Lords Plaza .

You can not take sound sleep in the hotel room as there is TV sets sound coming to your room coming from adjacent room. I lost the complete sleep of night 1 of my 2 night stay because of TV audio sound coming to my room number 116 on 29th Dec 21 night . Unfortunately I had to call the Hotel Duty Manager to resolve the issue at 3.30 am and no apology made by Day Shift Manager . I recommend you to be careful in your next stay as " NO GUARANTEE OF NO NOISE " in your room and you may have to face the same situation.

Room service r very poor ,tv was not working there was so many mosquitos very bad experience.no help for bags we took self in room.
