This is a really nice cute hotel on a great location. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and approachable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast could have offered a few more options.

Quietness of the room

Coffee capsules were not free of charge in the room. And anyway, no milk in the fridge

Helpful staff, provided us with a city card. Hotel is clean and has all you need. Central located.

I wish I had some scrambled eggs for breakfast....;)

The hotel is not so far from the city center and the castle, and cca. 20 minutes to reach the train station by foot. The room is comfortable and equipped with a simple kitchenette. The staff is helpful.

Location. The room was well heated.

DIFFICULT ACCESSING HOTEL WHEN ARRIVING AFTER 11PM

ARRIVED LATE DUE TO AIRLINE HOLD UPS. GIVEN CODE TO HOTEL BUT ALLOCATED ROOM WAS TAKEN BY SOMEONE ELSE. NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT STAFF TO ASSIST. VERY LITTLE BREAKFAST OPTION LEFT ONFIRST MORNINGLEFT HOTEL MORNING OF 21 NOV TO FLY HOME AND RECEIVED CALL FROM HOTEL NEXT DAY TELLING ME THAT I HAD STAYED AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT IN HOTEL IN THE ROOM WHICH HAD BEEN TAKEN BY OTHER TRAVELLERS. THERE IS A VERY POOR SYSTEM FOR ALLOCATION OF ROOMS AND POOR COMMUNICATIONWOULD NOT RECOMMEND

simple breakfast, I asked for eggs sunny side up and they came perfectly

The hotel is nice and small, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. It is close to the public transportation and city center. The room is big enough and well equipped and furnished.

There was a bit of noise from the railway. The bathroom is small somehow but fine.

The rooms in the hotel were extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location.

We wanted to prepare our meals, so we had to collect saucepans, plates etc from the lobby area as they are not kept within the apartment. This was a minor issue,

The air conditioning was a delight given the high temperature when we stayed, the bed was comfy, the room a good size & the bathroom was adequate. The hotel is conveniently located near to the centre of town.

It was a bit pricey for where it was located.

The room was big, a good size for too adults and two teenagers.Coffee and tea available in room.Front desk service extremely helpful.

It was very clean and big space in the room for 3 people. Happy to have a fridge in the room as well as air conditioning.

When booking the room, I sent a message to the staff in order to have the room ready earlier because of a wedding we had to attend and I received a positive answer but the message didn't get through as the room wasn't ready when we arrived. The receptionist told me she didn't receive the message.The keys' hotel system is obsolete and annoying.A bottle of still water should be offered in the room. It is a little but important detail to make customers feel welcome and one bottle costs 0.60 CHF at Lidle! And you could even add little Swiss chocolates too.No nice view in the room (either a building or the main street). Was woken up by the street cleaning machine on Sunday morning.Breakfast way too expensive and please do not charge 15 CHF a 5 years old kid.The underground parking should be reimbursed by the hotel.

Perfect stay, everything modern, comfortable

The stairs in front of the property. It would be difficult for a person at age or with disabilities.

The tourist visit card was a great advantage as it allowed us to use the public transport for free as well as to visit many cultural places. The staff was very friendly and the room spacious and nice.

Getting to the hotel from the street!There are only steps available to get to the hotel, and they are very steep!Travelling from overseas with a big suitcase and no lift to get to the hotel from the street was not nice!They charge a security bond but do not notify you of that until you see it in your bank account.

Only location

Not only they took the prepayment but also requested for security deposit for their empty room where they didn’t even provide a bottle of drinking water . The staff was rude and overall was the worst experience with hotels .

Very poor

Paid for two, the room had only one blanket and one towel.

Nicely renovated, good location, reasonable pricing.

My room had an old door, shuttering when ever someone used the staircase (1st floor)In addition I could hear clearly everybody speaking on the floor (but not from their rooms).The breakfast was relatively cheap, but expect nothing advanced. It still was ok and avoids trashing too much as there were only a few people at that time.

All fine and practical

Minor issue: Breakfast was simple but ok. no replacement once food was used (here: once the three salami slices are gone, thats it…; but I did not ask. )

Clean

Very noisy location. The smallest bathroom in the world. We requested kitchenette it had nothing not even one spoon it had nothing but empty cupboards??
