Pros +
- Fantastic view, very friendly staff. I was here on business and found this to be a perfect location. The view across the lake is breath taking.
- Very nice facility and WONDERFUL staff, always ready to help. Lovely location on the lake.
- A luxurious hotel in the city center and by the lake — elegant and refined on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Perfectly located just across the street from the old town, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring large showers and walk-in closets. Excellent parking facilities with high-level valet service. The pleasant lobby overlooks the lake and offers a fine selection of quality dishes and a wide variety of drinks. The service is courteous and professional — overall, good service.
Cons -
- The parking is difficult. However, they offer valet service that simplifies this process.
- Way overpriced.
- However, the hotel is somewhat dated and would benefit from a refresh. Moreover, as this is a high-end, luxury property from a reputable chain, the expectation for service is higher—especially regarding the replenishment and quality of in-room amenities and consumables.

Lovely lakeside location. Friendly, attentive helpful staff. Good breakfast quality choice and quality. We had a room overlooking the garden and lake, quite peaceful.
Nothing really
Beautiful location, luxury atmosphere, good food
Great location, attentive staff, rooms are stocked with every imaginable comfort.
Breakfast buffet overpriced at CHF36, perhaps we were paying for the spectacular view. Room was uncomfortably warm and could not be cooled with the system on lowest setting.
The location is just amazing. The hotel is also very nice with good facilities and the staff on the reception were very welcoming and trying to accommodate our needs. Wine choice at the restaurant was what was needed.
They have to do something with their kitchen and waiters. The food for our group was not ideal: pasta came cold, we have got not exactly what we have ordered, the food at the breakfast was not timely served either.
The greeting at the hotel was excellent and the service beyond expectation. The hotel and room were immaculate, with the room incredibly comfortable. There were nice touches in the room to make it more comfortable. Food in the bar was excellent and the service again was wonderful. I only wish I had spent longer in the hotel.
Location, service, hammam
Expensive
fantastic location next to Lac Neuchatel with no intervening traffic. beautiful views. wonderful breakfast with fantastic views. large room, very comfy. nice bar to sit and have some tea while adminring the view. easy to walk into the old city. i would go back
bedroom was not super cute, a few touchups would have been nice. there isn't really anywhere nice to sit in the hotel. you have to go to the bar and order something.
Very nice hotel and facilities even if slightly antiquated. Spacious room and parking facilities underneath hotel. Staff is friendly
Service in restaurant is ok but slow with limited attention to customers which does not seem in sync with the class this hotel tries to emanate. Breakfast standard buffet and nothing “ special”. - again nothing wrong with this but then I can also go to a standard hotel and pay less …
Magnificent vue of the lake and the Alps. Heated bathroom floor. Excellent restaurant.
Comfortable, plush hotel, great location. Great beds. Very clean and friendly reception staff.
The welcoming staff at the restaurant at breakfast were a bit cold and not very « welcoming ». In the other hand The service staff (waiters) were nice and helpful.
I have just had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the bed superb, and the bathrooms luxurious. But what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight! One night they called all over town to get me into a busy restaurant because I had (shortsightedly) not made a reservation anywhere. Another day, I was unsuccessful in my hunt for French onion soup, and they asked the chef to prepare it, especially for me! I’d particularly like to thank Sarah, Nelson, Sébastien, and Imrân for making my weekend so relaxing. I have already booked my next stay and cannot wait to return!
The shower head was a bit outdated - but the water pressure was amazing!
The staff were attentive. We got a welcome drink on arrival, which was a nice touch, and the hotel was very clean throughout. The room and bathroom were also very large and spacious which was nice.
The venue hosted a party on the first night of our stay. Despite us being on the 4th floor there was a clear thudding of music extremely late into the night (past 00:00). In addition, the rooms were extremely hot despite having the AC on the highest fan setting on the lowest temperature (this was pointed out in other reviews, so it is clearly an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed). The prices of the food were extortionate, even for the local area, £40+ for a simple burger seems absurd. We did not try the food due to the price tags. The cocktails were also watered down and not at all comparible to the quality offered by local alternatives.
A lovely resort in a superb location commanding unobstructed lake views
The creu are very polite and give a very good and hot feeling.
Expecting to a much better and richer breakfast. Parking is too much expensive
Close to the lake and right in the City center. It’s a facility with old style and modern touch. Nice stuff, very kind.
Location is right on the lake and is central to everything.
It's very expensive.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I received constant attention and smiles from staff. Incredible service! The location is incredibly beautiful. I've traveled solo and I was so lucky to end up at this hotel. It was like a spot for a movie. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay.
