This hotel was perfect. Situated right on the port and waterfront. It's very close walk to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. And staff was very helpful.

The only complaint I have is I stayed in a Saturday night and next door at the bar they played Tecno music very loud so it was hard to sleep. Apparently they stop at midnight. But Sunday night was quite. So keep that in mind if you book here

Not clean, the chair has bad stain and discolor, the glass is not clean at all

The smell of the restaurant on the ground floor is really strong in the corridors. The room itself was ok.

Location is perfect. Neuchâtel is a very walkable city, and the hotel is situated steps from the lake and its lovely esplanade, as well as the city center. And you can catch a tram out front that takes you up tot he train station, which itself is easily walkable if you don't have a heavy suitcase. Room is small but cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. I could recommend the hotel for business or pleasure.

Perhaps a slightly larger room with an easy chair, or a lounge for relaxing or reading.

Very nice and friendly personnel at the reception. Room was clean and sufficient stash of towels. Location is very good, close to the city center and the lake of Neuchatel.

Breakfast was too basic for the price. Room was quite small, didn't have a lot of room to open my trolley.

The first night a lot of insect appeared at night with a spider in the roomOne staff, he came at 9pm night to ask to pay the room because we asked to add one night the morning

Really good location, very kind and helpful ladies at the reception. Room was okay, just like on the picture. It was clean and basic. I liked the bathroom. Air-conditioning was really good and necessary. Bed was comfortable, pillows were okay.

Breakfast was not included into the high price - and it was very expensive. We decided not to take it.

The location was excellent.

The hotel is due for an update. Additionally, all of our pillows (there were 5 of us in three rooms) were completely flat and bumpy. Everyone woke up with sore necks. They clearly need to be replaced. The shower doors didn’t contain the water and easily sprayed all over the floor.

I went there on a Saturday night so the price should have been higher in comparison to the other nights, however, I felt that it was more expensive than it should be. The location is great and it's close to the lake and the city center. As a three star hotel is good.

There was not a fridge in the room, and it could be better to have a coffee machine in the room. I should mention that there were some coffee powders in the room in addition to the tea. The breakfast was also not complete.

Great location by the lake in the centre.

Everything rather basic and anonymous. Clean and practical, but lacking charm and character. Not a place where I’d enjoy staying more than one night.Far too expensive for what you get.

After several hours driving and arriving late in the evening, I like just to eat something small - like a soup. But this war not available in the restaurant - so I had to go out and search outside for something appropriate.The breakfast is fairly high in price for someone who just eats small stuff in the morning.I took the alternative of one coffee and one Croissant. The cofee was very good but I was shocked about the size of the croissant. Astonishing small with 56mm by 48mm by 35mm.The musik in the lobby and breakfast room was not appropriate to meet the colleagues and do some senseful work.

Very clean and warm, nice location. The beds are comfortable and the staff are very helpful

Room was a little small but it was comfortable, breakfast could be a bit better but food was fresh and the coffee was good

The location was about 10 mins walk from the train station and few minutes to the center. It is next to the lake which is great for jogging and walking. Although the view from our room was blocked by the tree, the room was nice, the bed was comfy.

Amazing location, right by the lake and very close to the bus and tram station. Also it’s in the city centre
