Superfriendly receptionist, nice room with view of the lake. they also have a great restaurant where we had a wonderful dinner, and breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommended. Absolutely looking forward to staying at Alpes et Lac again in the future !

The location was nice and the view was beautiful. Room was quite spacious. Parking was very close a the local train station. Breakfast was good.

Lack of balcony.

The hotel was situated just opposite of the railway station (which was very practical for us), but the room was quiet.The view from the room was wonderful to the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely, nicely located right next to the train station, and quite pretty. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

The room we were staying at wasn't directly connected to the reception and breakfast area. So you had to leave the building and enter at another door. The raw concrete floor in the room is not very inviting. A rug or carpet might be nice.

We had a room with a small balcony. The view was amazing and the size of the room was one of the best we have experienced The coffee machine was a bonus!! The hotel has a good location with easy access to the lake as well as the town. We would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who talked rather loud and could hear his entire conversation quite late at night due to the poor soundproofing of the rooms.

I stayed in the annexe, right next door to the hotel. Great location for the station and also amazing views (the clue is in the name !) Nice stroll down into town, great terrace for a drink after work. Breakfast and dinner from the restaurant were delicious. Iron and kettle (for the British cup of tea) available for me to use too from communal supply.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, cosy and large rooms, excellent location right accross the train station yet close to the old center as well. Our room was facing the gare, yet no noise at night. Strongly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very well soundproofed. The fact that it had a room for a family of four.

Small one person room, but clean. Badroom was big enough and conveniant. Breakfast was good, but missing scrambled eggs with bacon. Diner in the hotels restaurant was great.

Very calm hotel, good bed, avec very good shower/ bath. There is a vending machine at first floor.

The breakfast choices and freshness was not that good. But 7/10 for it.

Road works/one-way system made it very difficult to find - a simple sign or email from the hotel would have saved hours.Duvet far too small - no options available.Some staff members very dismissive.
