Great location, lovely accommodations, great staff, terrific breakfast

Cons -

Too many steps with luggage There is a lift but a flight of stairs to get to the lift... Not a good choice if you have a lot of luggage or you can't do stairs Otherwise for someone fit no problem
On a warm summer day the room was a born warm without A/C.
No a/c may be tough on some, not too bad for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Great location near old town , waterfront, shopping, etc.Great breakfast, very friendly lady managed that.Great resturant,meals are huge.Helpful, friendly staff, again!

No a/c may be tough on some, not too bad for us.
