Location good. Rooms OK but one room we rented had an invasion of ants

Very nicely located. The room was spotless clean and comfortable.

The staff were charming.

Sadly, someone was smoking weed (marijuana) on our floor. We could smell it in our room, we could smell it in the first room we were moved to, and we had to be moved to a third room. The staff were excellent, but it ruined the stay.

Clean, silence and central Town location

The hotel has a good, central location in Biel/Bienne's new city, only a short walk from the old town. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful. The breakfast has a wide range of choices, including hot dishes. We also had an excellent dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

Our bathroom had two basins, which was great, but we found it impossible to avoid getting a lot of water on the floor when showering. Also, the bathrooms could be improved by the provision of facecloths.

Location, stuff, cleanliness

Cozy, large bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. 2 hours extended stay.

Safety box (battery) did not work and even though I informed the front desk about this right away, it was not repaired during my stay (4 nigths).Tried to cool down the room with AC with no success

Everything satisfactory. Location was perfect for returning to France. Easy access to center. Lake is a 2km walk. Give it a miss and hit the excellent bars

Room was a bit small. Receptionist didn't seem comfortable checking in a tired motorcyclist.

The bed is comfortable and the location is perfect. The staff are very helpful and check/out is smooth.

The bathroom was a little tight, especially in the area of the toilet and the shower. I had to get my room cards changed twice because i couldn't gain entry to the room.

Very clean property, with a nice lobby and clean rooms.Location is excellent as it is close to the city centre. Check in and check out was very smooth. Nespresso machine in the room with complimentary coffee and complimentary water. Staff is kind and helpful. Enjoyed the stay

The room was large, spotless, the bed was huge and comfortable.

Great location for the Omega and Swatch factory. Nice design, big rooms. Close to the train station, lake and shops. A good option for staying in Biel.

Rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is central yet relatively quiet.

The furnishing of the rooms is not well maintained (our bathroom lock was broken.The shower was actually a bathtub with a hose that was too short.) The standard of the hotel corresponds maximally to a three star hotel.

Location in the centre, close to shops and to transport and the venue of the event that we came to Biel for.The hotel is nicely decorated. Welcoming staff. We booked a studio which was well-presented. Car park was full when we arrived but there were several parking possibilities nearby, which was convenient. Loved the breakfast spread!

The A/C noise at night. But it was not a big deal, we still slept soundly.

Modern and practical

Our room was not ready when we tried to check in after 3pm. We were advised it was in fact still occupied

Perfectly cleans. Modern style. Very friendly team. Sleeping Room is very well equipped. Clean. Despite close traffic outside, no noice in the room (perfect windows). Breakfast is fantastic in terms of wide choice of food and drinks, quality and presentation. We joined breakfast 9:30 am. Still whole choice of food and drinks presented. Price is ok given the value.

The room was cozy, the staff was very helpful and location was optimal.

The variaty of bread at breakfast was limited.

Nice lobby, friendly staff, reception open till late. EXCELLENT breakfast. Bed was comfortable.
