In case no parking is available, you can use the Elisabethen Parking located 492 ft from the hotel entrance as an alternative. Refined Italian cuisine from delicious Risotti and crispy Pizzas to fine meat and fish dishes are served in the new and stylish Filini restaurant. - The girl at the front desk that works the evening shift Name starts with N She was very helpful
- Everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The Nespresso machine in room, the soaps, shampoos, bath salts, slippers, bathrobes etc¿. Were very appreciated. Absolutely loved our stay
- Location was near lots of dining options. Staff was very helpful in helping with train/tram navigation that was needed for a trip we took during stay to Interlaken for the day. Free public transportation was a benefit.
Cons -
- Cancelled my reservations, even though I was as paid in advance for 2 days Had to give me a small room with no change in price
- The rooms have a paper thing wall between them. Could hear the other room all night. Can also hear and feel the trams outside.
- Was disappointed that during booking I did not see evidence of hotel was in middle of remodel. Sauna and Steam room closed to early.
