Baseltor Hotel & Restaurant

The hotel's location is excellent as it is situated in the old town, and it is a beautiful boutique hotel. The room was spacious, but it requires improvement in terms of cleanliness, especially the floor, which seemed to have been left unattended for a while. Walking barefoot made the dust quite noticeable. Although the bed was comfortable, the pillow provided was too light, which made it challenging to have a good night's sleep.The continental breakfast was delightful, and the food was fresh and delicious. In conclusion, if the hotel improves its cleaning standards and adds a personal touch to the rooms, it could become a fantastic place to stay.

The room was very clean, spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. Completely new renovation in very old building. Quiet at night and no church bells ringing every hour. Never heard a churchbell even thought it is next to the old church. Bathroom was also very clean with L'Occitaine body wash and shampoo - a nice luxurious touch! The breakfast was very good, plentiful with lots of choices. The dinner also excellent with high-quality ingredients. Would definately stay here again. Hotel and restaurant staff very polite and accommodating to our needs in the rooms and the restaurant. I can highly recommended this hotel.

I cannot think of anything they can do better.

The location and the view from the Apartment was amazing. Clean soft nice room. The breakfast is a buffet. The bread an cheees was great. I really like this place. Hope I can come back again.

I was not offered any warm breakfest parts as additional to what I could select from the buffet. But it is not a big deal anyeay.

The host that greeted me was exceptional. He helped with where to go and with my parking and the rates for parking.Super good.

At 75yrs with a bad knee NO LIFT to get to the top floor stairs manageable but very difficult with luggage

Room was tiny and not really acceptable. Could barely move inside the room. No parking, so have to factor in cost of nearby parking garage also.

Nice hotel and restaurant. Very friendly staff.

The room was noisy. We could hear the neighbours' steps on the wood floor above our room and also other machine noises (ventilation or washing machine, who know). That was disappointing.

All in all a great experience; the Staff was great, very friendly, supportive. Room was spacious, clean, well organized.I do a lot of business travel and if all goes well, I do recommed these stays/experiences to other Colleagues.

The room was on the first floor, right next to the main entrance of the Depandance which meant hearing everyone entering/exiting the building. Anyway, that would probably be something to avoid and note next time I book.
