Smart Stay Rooms Feldkirch

Location. A very short walk from the train station.

Noisy neighbor upstairs at night, did not have a good sleep.

We liked the big clean rooms with huge showers. We liked the location ...close to Feldkirch and extremely close to train and buses. We liked the bar underneath and the lady from Serbia was a fantastic bar person.

The location was excellent and very close to the train station.

The main problem with this hotel was that it didn't have a reception. I checked in at the cafe bar next to the hotel.

We didn’t stay because they never came to check us in.

They never came to check us in. We sent multiple messages and after waiting 30 minutes went to a different hotel.

super convinient if you plan to travel to vaduz or innsbruck. it is just 100 metres from the bus station / feldkirch bahnhof.

no shower gel & shampoo. basically only a bed and two bottles of water. a bit noisy as a pub is just located downstairs. it is fine for me to sleep well. but for those who have sleeping issues it may be a problem.

It is a nice accommodation really close to the train station, with all the benefits and drawbacks of that. Check in went easy, there is no reception, but the room was ready and a housekeeping staff let us in.

????????I couldn't get in hotel

Even though I arrived at the hotel on time, I couldn’t even get in. The staff were not helpful at all. I called them, but no one answered the phone. I sent a message via booking.com, but no one replied. I was there at exactly 11:29 PM, but no one picked up the phone or responded. They are very uninterested and do not care about the hotel.Also, there is a bar, like a pub, right below the hotel. There was a lot of noise coming from that pub. I didn’t like anything about it. I couldn’t even enter the hotel or stay there. There was no possibility to stay. Therefore, I can’t evaluate it properly. It was a complete disappointment.

The location is great. The room is modern and clean.

I wish the place had a 24-hour reception.

Opposite train station, nice clean modern room. 10 mins walk to the city centre. Nice touches eg free bottled water

Bad downstairs was a bit noisy at night

The host upgraded our room to a big apartment, which really was great,

The bar near the hotel is a bit noisy even in fourth floor still feels loud

Well situated and roomy and good value.

Shower was on the tepid side

Good place for a short stay the owner lady is so nice and respectful she did agree to come at midnight to give me the keys although the place is not making a late checkin after midnight

Location very convenient, 200 meters from the train and bus station.

There is no 24 hours reception, just asking for the key on the bar besides the hotel.

Very convenient for the train. Room and bathroom comfortable and spacious.

Entrance area very grim. Doesn't reflect the standard of the room which is quite good. Very noisy road but I was aware of this when booking.

Big room, small bottle of water for every person for free in the room, elevator.

Not so many parking spaces in front of hotel.

Check-in was very easy and quick. The room was very clean and the bed was huge and comfy.

Unfortunately, WiFi barely worked in my room but it worked fine in the corridor. Anyway, it didn't affect my stay.

Terrible cigarette/old-pub smell from the near by bar, that shared the same corridor with the hotel; it made almost impossible to air the room.People smoked on the stairs of the building.Safety concerns: there is only one locked door - your room door separating you from the main street. Anyone can enter the building. In addition, there was an incident of an obviously drink guy trying to unlock the door at nighttime.Window facing a noisy main street.

Great location.Lovely spacious room with view.Bathroom and shower clean with hot water.Recommend

If anything, it would have been nice if it had a kettle in the room.

It has a balcony

There was no hair dryer. The door of the bathroom was kinda see-through

It was a place to rest for the evening.

Very noisy, smelled like cigarettes, above a bar, someone was banging on the door at 3 am trying to get into the hallway, marijuana machine outside the building, no breakfast or food on the property, etc.
