Beautiful breakfast included. The place is a bit haunted for those sensitive to it. Else great value for money, great restaurant available also as room service. It’s more like a 4-5 star hotel available at the price of a 3 star hotel.

Some room areas have a very haunted aura.. first we wanted to change ours but then realized that ours actually still had the best aura.

Excellent location, in the heart of old town. Nice decor, and good breakfast. Restaurant looked also nice but we had just one day and decided to eat somewhere else.

Perfect stay in the heart of the old town - the room was elegant and peaceful, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a long day of travel.

I would have preferred: more English speaking tv; Nespresso/ kettle in room; advertised international papers but none were present; possibly short 45-75 minutes- happy hour with reduced cost drinks to meet other guests

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of the city and yet very peaceful. Convenient parking garage. Beautiful decor, exceptionally cozy and warmly inviting room and restaurant spaces.

This review would be a ‘10’ except for the truly horrible coffee. I cannot stand those machines. They make the worst coffee in the world and hotels install them for one reason- save money. It’s a pity to have such terrible coffee in a hotel which obviously takes great pride in furnishings, decoration, a huge wine selection. Come on guys. Make quality filter coffee and place a carafe on the table for your guests. You’ll get more return guests.

It was okay, looked just like the pictures. But compared to other places we stayed it was pretty expensive for a lot less. The room was pretty sumptuous but then the little things crept in. For £200 there were no slippers or robes, no English TV, couldnt get the aircon to work but I know some hotels switch it off in the shoulder seasons. But very central and easy to find

Don't think it was worth the money but then we weren't in a particularly cheap area. Check in was efficient if not super friendly. Not sure why everyone raves about the breakfast, it was okay, running low on eggs and things but the pastries were nice. To be honest I don't think we were the demographic for this hotel, it's lovely if a little stiff

The room safe was a bit of a struggle to use. The keypad was very small and easy to make mistakes

Wish parking was available right at the hotel but parking garage was only a short distance away.

The location was ideal. We had a beautiful view over the mountains. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. Also, we were very satisfied about the quality and selection of breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room was so clean and the bed super comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in the City. The breakfast was nice too. Parking was super easy and a short walk to the hotel. We didn't want to leave.

The parking situation was difficult. This hotel is not easily accessible because of the pedestrian street. You have to park in a different building and you cannot unload your luggage. Painful!

No complaints. The hotel and restaurant seemed to cater more toward a business clientele than tourists, but it was all good.

We booked the hotel for the restaurant but it was closed and concierge sent us to another closed restaurant. Pictures show a jacuzzi on booking.com but this is not for all the guest of the hotel only for one room. Terrace also closed on Sunday, unable to have a drink. Quite expensive for very little facilities.
