spacious and comfy room, good price ratio. breakfast was more than ok. Nice stay for one night business trip

Property was located around supermarkets like coop and Migros, there were also restaurants around.

The heating was not good it was very cold in the room, the room was so small for the amount. They don’t give water, there was no fridge, no iron board, room has no lock for safety.

The rooms and facilities were nice. Personal very friendly

Thanks to the staff who returned overcharged money to me, also come to Oltnerhof hotel help the electronic power problem.

The hotel staff contacted me before our stay and say they met some system issues and want us to say at Oltnerhof hotel that is nearer the train station. I agreed and this is the mistake I've made and it cause very unhappy experience later. First of all, Oltnerhof hotel's price is CHF 200.00 cheaper than Hotel Arte. We were charged the same price, and after I complaint to Booking & hotel staff, money was returned. Secondly, hotel staff promise to help the luggage transfer if I agree the change, but no transportation was arranged.

Every time we arrive, the hotel is more and more expensive - breakfast has increased in price by 50% and does not offer anything more or of better quality, not to mention that on Friday at 8 in the morning you don't have half the groceries, only with the efforts of Mrs. Marija we had breakfast, the other days it's good that they didn't chase us out - in the room no irons or irons anywhere - the refrigerator in the room is ridiculously small - the bathrooms need to be renovated - this time I made a mistake but never again - I've been coming for years, I thought maybe in the 8th month of last year it was a coincidence ?- it says satellite programs and about a dozen programs, I bet they don't have programs for guests from Croatia, but basic satellite programs (what a horror)-thank you to Booking for giving me the coupon, but I'm sorry that I spent it so stupidly

Availability and value for money were the main things we liked about this hotel

We arrived very late and were not made aware of the possibility of having breakfast after all. Next day it was not easy to find somewhere to have breakfast quickly before getting back on the road. The hotel is located in some kind of industrial zone as far as we could tell, and driving into town, finding a place and parking was all too complicated. So do go for the hotel but don't forget to get breakfast included

Nice room, good equipped, easy to find near train station.

The guy at reception was bit confused and needed 3 attempts to get me the right key and room, but he was a trainee so probably got better by now.

The check-in is very flexible as they have people 24/24h in the reception. The room is very spacious and very clean. Furthermore the staff was very friendly and it was very easy to arrive departing from Zurich.

There was no fridge in the room and no air conditioning. This can be a problem if you're travelling in the summer but for me it actually wasn't.

Business hotel for short trip is perfect, great location near the center and the train station.

Parking fee not in the room price, it wasn't clear for us, receptionist also not said.

Uncomfortable bed. Fake fire alarm at 5:30 in the morning and staff didn‘t know how to handle the situation.

The service at the reception desk was excellent. Breakfast was good and with a good variety. My room was very clean and my bed very comfortable.

I could hear people talking in the room next to mine. This was quite disturbing especially late in the night.

Very clean, walking range from Olten HB, dinner snack was very good, staff very welcoming.

Unable to use the Bluetooth on the room's radio loudspeaker. We were unable to connect to. We can see all Bluetooth from other rooms and tried to connect to 5 of them. Unfortunately, none of them was the Bluetooth radio loudspeaker from our room.
