The room was big

Was very cold and could not change the temperature manually from the room

Tastefully nodernized, location

Not being able to connect my laptop to the TV, like that's a crime (in combination with the nearly all-German channels)! Really, I HATE when hotels do that. The typically small rroms you find inmany city hotels (but there are MUCH bigger rooms in competing rooms). And the breakfast was seriously lacking.

Modern hotel located downtown. Very good breakfast. We appreciated the availability of two restaurants into the hotel. Rooms modern and very clean.

I had a room facing the street. It was not loud but you could hear traffic and people outside.

Staff is outstanding. Perfect base for working in Zürich and Olten is a lovely town. Beds are very comfortable

I didn't like that you did not have any air conditioning. Coming from Canada I am used to that. Also, my wifi with you was very, very poor. I could not do my work because the wifi was off and then on and then weak.

Rooms are nicely appointed except - in this case - for the bathroom. The restaurant is very good.

In this particular room (compared to the others I’ve stayed before) the bathroom was very small and offered no privacy. The toilet was separate and I’m not a particular fan of that arrangement either.

I used Olten as a base for two days of train excursions. This hotel is very near to the old part of town and the wooden bridge over the Aare River. It was a fifteen minute walk to the railway station.It was a forty minute train ride to Zürich/Zürich Airport, and in the other direction, a similar time to Bern.The room offered had plenty of room, was very clean and had all facilities that I required. Wifi was very good.The breakfast was of continental style, with lots of variety.All staff members encountered were friendly and very helpful.I would use this hotel again.

Nothing at all.

The breakfast was very good with smoked salmon every day. A good selection of breads and filling foods including fresh fruit.

Our room was on the busy street corner, noisey at night till midnight with traffic and people. Every morning from 0500 church bells ringing. As we stayed for 7 nights a coutyard room would have been better.

Staff are always very welcoming and attentive. Location is super. Value for money is best in Switzerland.

Bathroom was a little compact and bijoux for a big chap like me,will upgrade the next time that I stay there.

I like the Room, but I didn't like the service.It is a Hotel, but no reception after 11pm. My train was late because of rail construction at night, so noone was there to help. I got 2 different box codes, one per email and another one by phone. The Terrace said that is closed at midnight, I went up at 11:45 pm and the waiter didn't let me have drink or sit in the bar because she wanted to close. She also didn't want to receive the payment cash because she wanted to close.

The curtains are super light colored, which makes it hard for babies to sleep (in the summer to sundown is at 10PM)

Very clean, comfortable quality hotel. Good location to the town. Good fresh restaurant food for dinner and good breakfast choices.

We had a comfortable room and when we asked for a kettle we received it quickly. The car park under the hotel is very convenient. One bed had a comfortable mattress, the other didn’t.

We arrived and waited at reception for a very long time while the receptionist chatted with a guest, mis-calculated his bill, laughed at his own mistake and then struggled to process the refund. After a long wait I found another staff member to check us in as we were tired after a long drive. The room was quite noisy, not just the bells that rang through the night, the loud sound the door lock made when guests tried to enter the wrong room, but also the staff moving furniture on the floor above at midnight and chatting loudly in the corridors. Some reviews mentioned a very good breakfast, it was ok but a few basic items were not offered and we were given one very small coffee.
