Ibis Delemont Delsberg Hotel

A very good experience.

Room fine. I would improve the availability of electricity plugs around the bed. The rooms are relatively quiet.

The food was terrific. The room was great, clean, neat, the bathroom very clean and good.

No wall plugs on one side of the bed

Good breakfast. Good room. Reception could not provide plug adapters at night. There were plenty the next morning at the reception.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the size was very generous.

Unfortunately that night was quite loud due to a neighboring room with loud guests. Also, the bathroom does not contain any plugs for a hairdryer and the hairdryer provided is not very strong.

Good location next to the train station.

Beds weren't comfortable. The toilet seat was the worst. You can't sit on it for even a minute.

Comfortable room, very clean. Quiet and good location just a few mins walk from station.

More pillows would be good!

- quiet neighborhood and no noise in corridors-employees professionalism- cleanliness of the room- free parking- close to everything- free public transport pass for the duration of our stay

- breakfast could be improved and have fresher charcuterie- no water bottle or coffee machine in room- no amenities- hair dryer didn't work well-bathroom is dated, at least 10 years old with no renovations whatsoever

The Ibis is right beside the train station, so very practical. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were functional, clean and tidy. Delémont is pretty small so not a huge choice of hotels, but I would return to this one. There is a nice bar on the ground floor. Definitely good value.

The functionality can seem a bit soulless, but that is the whole point point of Ibis hotels, so can't honestly complain!

Only rated 2 star but I would say it would be a good 3 star. Rooms sparse but clean, very basic but do the job. Breakfast was good and plenty of it

Good position near to the station and the centreKind staffClean and confortable for business trip

Location and helpful staff

Minimal room faculties and AC was not adjustable

Very good location, everything is reachable by walk distance. Restaurants, shops... The room is the really standard Ibis room: Efficient... the bed is comfortable, the shower is wide enough.

The parking is always full...

Proximity to town and station. The fact that they accept dogs.

No kettle in the room.

The location was handy to trains and the town. The staff were very helpful.

I was disappointed with just the cardboard cups in the room and they weren´t replaced. It would have been nice to have glass mugs.

This hotel lived up to the usual Ibis standard. Staff were very friendly and the rooms are not over spacious but adequate. Comfortable beds and the breakfast is very good. Lots of choice and efficient staff running the breakfast room so although busy things were always replaced immediately. The free underground car park is a bonus. Plenty of outside seating with tables to enjoy a drink or snack in the evening if the weather permits.
